★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place! I have so many pieces of their work & their mugs are my all time favourite (I think we're up to 10 now). Such great quality & craftsmanship. They make great gifts too! Every time I go in they're so welcoming & helpful & the owner remembers what paints I have & what I like. I try to get in at least once a year, though not living nearby makes that really difficult.

Pavlo Pottery has become a Sponsor of a Service Dog Team for PTSD through National Service Dogs. The objective is to raise a minimum of $10,000.00 which covers the costs associated with training, placement and followup for the 8 to 10 year working life of the dog. Pavlo is throwing a special edition high fire stoneware coffee mug with a unique medallion depicting the National Service Dogs Logo. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well the pottery is nice however I had a not so good experience. I found a price difference on a couple of mugs that were labelled for six dollars less than the rest. I asked a staff why they were lower cost as I thought they were slightly flawed maybe? She proceeded to say they were mislabeled and quickly ripped the tags off putting them back to full price, no offer to sell me one at the lower price? We were going to buy one of the discounted ones and another at full price plus a couple of the smaller wine glasses. We instead left without buying anything. A good business person would have offered the one lower priced item along with the sale of other items in my opinion. Disappointed!

We had an issue with a run of mugs that had a defect to them. The customer service was A+ absolutely no hassle in getting the matter sorted. Try their products out you definitely won't be disappointed.
