Paid in full to put up a fence in our newer community. After payment he has disappeared. Doesn't pick up phone calls. Doesn't return calls. Basically doesn't care about his reputation or his customers. He has left multiple fences unfinished in this community after payments. Save yourself the aggravation and hire a person with a spine.

Pretty sure we took half of his business cards to hand out haha!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw that our neighbors were having their fences put up in our new build community. I contacted Brandon Burr to have a quote done for our property and our neighbors who were also interested. He assured me he would come to the house that day. Well it’s been nearly a week without any reply communications. Horrible business practices. Easily lost out on 12-14 thousand dollars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brandon was hired by one of our neighbors to set some fence posts for 6 properties. I was among the 6 and couldn't of been happier with the progress. Quick and cleaned up all the dirt from the holes and we began to build the fence our self. My brother in law got him to build a fence at his place the following week.
Be patient Brandon is only one person running the company and puts out amazing work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an old pergola and fence I had built 20 years ago that needed some attention. They had the old fence and pergola down in a couple hours and the new pergola and fence up in a week ?
He gave us endless design features to choose from. Needless to say we will have him back anytime!
A+ to Brandon and the team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Brandon do our basement / bathroom reno. Couldn't of been happier with the work and how polite he was.
Every step of the way he was there to explain what's next and always cleaned up after him self.
He took extreme caution while sanding the drywall and blocked off all the doors and vents.
At the end of the job he replaced our furnace filter for us too.
Recommend Brandon for any job you need done!
We will have him back to do our deck in the spring.
