Expensive and very bad quality work.
I asked them to replace a glass with a plexi and cut a square in that so I can install a pet door.
They did it upside down and they have broken my window without telling me in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very pleased with the workmanship and service. We paid over $25,000 for the window wall and shortly after installation, the seals around the windows began falling out and the windows started leaking. I have contacted the company numerous times and they
keep saying they will fix it - but 3 years later they still have not arrived and have stopped answering our messages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Centrum Glass the week of May13-19th, 2018 and they set an appointment for May 17th. The owner, Paul showed up at the set time and took measurements of the 3 thermal panes we needed replacing. He told me that he would go back to the office and work on a quote and have it to me probably the next day. I waited until Wednesday of the following week to contact them and request the quote. Paul's son answered the phone and said his office manager was not in the office that week and indicated he would see what he could do. I left a message on May 31st to follow up again and requesting the quote. It has been 3 weeks less a day and still no quote or return phone call. I am giving them the 2 star rating because they did show up at the scheduled time and they were quick to set the appointment.
I will update this review should they contact me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 7ft glass dining table top and large coffee table top here more than a year ago and the purchase and installation was great. I called and emailed them for the purchase. They waived delivery because I live incredibly close.
The men who delivered the table tops were very careful and my dining table and coffee table look great! They carefully wiped down the glass after install. I love the table tops and it makes for wiping down the table super easy. They provided extra little silicone buttons for the table top too. Their prices were best in the area. They accepted email money transfer amongst other payment options.

Went in today buy a sweep for the bottom of my shower door. I was really looking for a chrome sweep. He couldn't seem to find a chrome one in stock so he offered me a plastic one. Not wanting to run all over city looking for a sweep I said sure let's do that. He cut the length I needed, and I offered to pay him. He insisted no charge - I insisted to pay. Then while we were having that discussion he found a length of the chrome sweep I had wanted. He cut a piece of that for me, again I offered to pay - he again insisted no charge. Only thing he asked of me was anytime I had any glass needs to get in touch with him. And yes I did find a way to reciprocate the no charge gesture aside from this post ? no good deed shall go unnoticed.
