From the professional salesperson who met me at our home under renovation to the installation of the fabulous windows the people at Stittsville Window & Doors have been fabulous. Jason patiently explained the various types of window installations allowing me to make the correct choices for me as we wandered through our construction zone. Bill, the installer, and his crew, efficiently and professionally installed all the windows including a customized half moon window in our bathroom shower. The installation of this window was done so well that it drew rave reviews from our contractor who was astounded by the quality. Due to no fault of theirs, we have had to wait on the finishing of a couple of windows as there were construction delays, but there has never been any issue with organizing the finishing of these two windows. I highly recommend Stittsville Window and Doors to anyone thinking of replacing their windows and doors. The quality of the product and the people is second to none!

Stittsville Window & Doors has been my go-to vendor over the past 6 years. I have now replaced every window and door in my house with their products, and can attest to their consistent superior service and product offerings. Reed, from sales, has been able to answer every possible question I've had prior to ordering and has always worked with me to ensure that I will be happy with the installed product. Jim, from install, has an acute attention to detail and won't consider the job done until you're happy. My house has always been left tidy after their work, both from preventative measures like laying down mats, to even vacuuming up small debris that would otherwise have been missed. I have recommended SWD to my friends and colleagues time and time again, because I am confident they are the best in the area.

Recently replaced all our windows and front door with Stittsville Windows and Doors. Selection and advise was amazing and Jason made sure all our requirements were met. Added bonus was the military discount on the Fenplast products. Windows and especially the new front door are of outstanding quality and the house has a brand new-like appearance, can't wait for winter to see the thermal insulation improvement. The installers - Chris, his two brothers and the rest of the two teams that handled our install were consummate professionals, taking their time to ensure proper fit and finish and not leaving until we were completely satisfied.

From selecting our doors to the installation our experience with the team of Stittsville Windows and Doors was exceptional. The sales team were very patient and accommodating and the installers were friendly, courteous, and very detailed in their work. I would even say very meticulous and proud of their work. We are definitely going back for our future window upgrades and would highly recommend this company. We also love that we can support our local small business community. It was a big job. 11 windows. Sales experience: It has been a good experience with Reed. He was always right on time. In fact a min or 2 early. He was knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. Technical Aspect: The job was difficult and slightly different because it involved enlargement as well in addition to just simple replacement. Jim is their most senior guy and technically very strong. When he was doing the job, I was pretty much sure that nothing was going to go wrong. Bill was also another experienced guy and knew what he was doing. Other guys in the team were young and hardworking. Issues: As with any big jobs, it’s kind of expected that issues do arise. The issues I had was because the quote was not very clear regarding the vinyl jambs, which caused unnecessary delays. But thankfully Reed quickly addressed the problem and in the end everybody was happy. Would I choose them again? Yes. I am overall very happy with the product so far, happy with the interaction I had with sales, administration and installers. They were all very professional. Keep the good work guys and maintain the standard by focusing on quality rather than quantity.

From the first phone call to today’s install it was a very professional and pleasant experience. I can’t say enough about how meticulous the installers were. They made sure everything was perfect. They also cleaned up everything before they left. I was worried about having people working in my house during the covid pandemic but they were very careful and respectful of the social distancing. Awesome job thank you very much. If you are looks for windows you won’t be disappointed with Stittsville Windows and doors.

Stittsville Windows and Doors was the only business with the Tranquility glass triple pane window I was looking for to block out road noises from the busy road I live on. I went from a brand new 28 STC double pane window that was perfectly fine to their 39 STC tranquility window. The add for tranquility windows on YouTube shows a baby sleeping in a rock concert…well let me tell you that’s how we were once the window was installed. Before, our window was just fine but our neighbour hadn’t put up a fence and no grass on our property yet. We’re both light sleepers but once the tranquility window was installed and we tried it out - wow! It was crazy quiet and the room is much warmer now. I worked with Jason Henelly over email and the install team or 3 men got my old window out and new one installed in 2.5 hours in my upstairs master bedroom. The installers were very professional and respected my brand new carpet. They seem to work very well with each other which was very nice to see. They cleaned up well too and helped move furniture aside to make room. Hands down, best workers I’ve had in my house. I think one of them were called Ryan. They had to bring the old window down and coordinated very well! I’ve so much respect for their calm and collected execution. The tranquility window has a nice shiny plastic material on the frame. Very sleek. The sound difference is incredible, my master ensuite is the old window and transmits so much sound in comparison. I’ll probably change out other windows, but I’ll wait until my neighbour gets their fence up next time just to be sure! Still a substantial difference but maybe I should’ve done a different window than my master since the original was fine once fence and grass was put up but by then I had signed already haha!
