★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the place! Excellent family owned butcher where they learn your name and offer espresso to customers on Saturdays. Silvio saved Christmas for us when not one but two grocery stores had no rosemary for our turkey which we always buy at Centro (amazing juicy organic quality turkey). He had some in back. "We take good care of our customers," he said. Thanks Silvio! Great selection of meats and frozen pasta and other products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was raised in an Italian household, and my mom made home made sausages which were amazing. The sausages at Centro are the closest things I've found to my mom's home made ones. They are well seasoned and flavourful. We get both the sweet and the hot. I also love that if you get veal cutlets, they tenderize them for you!
