He understands that there are many patients who feel anxious when theyβre at the dentist (like me) and he does everything to make them feel comfortable. He comes in smiling, sometimes cracks a joke and he reassures the patient with constant communication. Informing them of what stage he is at in his work and how much more time is needed for him to finish. Iβm sure that being a dentist can be a stressful job but Dr. Procopio makes it look easy. In the many years that Iβve been going to him, he has always made me feel better when leaving his office. Thank you to Dr Procopio and to all his wonderful staff.
