My partner did business with the Masliah center in La Prairie and in particular with the audio prosthetist mr. Laurier Chaussé-Simard. He was well supported by Mr. Chaussé-Simard and he really appreciated his professionalism. We highly recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas sérieux! On avait rendez-vous pour un test auditif pour notre fils. On arrive sur place et le rendez-vous avait été supprimé du système par erreur de leur part. Ils nous disent qu’il faudra revenir un autre jour.. sachant que nous avions pris le rdv depuis plus de trois semaines, qu’on avait pris congé pour pouvoir venir et que notre fils avait dû manquer à l’école. Pas fort de leur part et très décevant
Not serious! We had an appointment for a hearing test for our son. We arrive on site and the appointment had been deleted from the system by mistake on their part. They tell us that we will have to come back another day .. knowing that we had made the appointment for more than three weeks, that we had taken time off to be able to come and that our son must have missed school. Not strong from them and very disappointing
