Company closed their physical office and simply outsourced the job to a technician that is too busy to work near La Prairie.
The company name is "La Prairie" but the technician cannot work at La Prairie region because it's too far!!!!
Waited 2 days for a technical visit that never happened...
What a bad joke!
I strongly suggest looking for another company.

They came the next day and got straight to work. Took care of the problem in less than 1 hour and charged a fair price. Highly recommended. I am very happy with the service I received from them!
