★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Caring staff who go above and beyond to make sure their guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. Excellent value, very clean rooms and lots of extras that go beyond the average motel. Extras include on the dishes, silverware, coffee pot, microwave, toaster and hot plate to cook meals. I have stayed here many times and always return because of the staff and what I believe is the best value in Bonnyville.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a great time staying at Centre Suite Inns multiple times with my family. The rooms are always clean and provide what I see most motels do not. The room includes a few dishes, utensils, a small stove to cook meals on, and a microwave and fridge. They even let you rent an amazon firestick to watch movies and TV shows - more than what standard motels and hotels provide. Most of all, the staff are always very kind and accommodating. Centre Suite Inns has been my go-to spot when staying in Bonnyville or visiting Cold Lake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thank CSI for a great stay! The Sidayon family were super accommodating and very friendly. The rooms we stayed in with our friends were super clean, it smelled good, and it had everything we needed in the room. If you want a great stay for a holiday or business reasons, come stay at CSI, I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 2 weeks and the rates are very affordable! Always have good deals. The room is very clean, they also have flat-screen tv, air conditioning, high-speed internet, mini kitchen with cooking appliances and utensils. The staff are very friendly and would go beyond to help you. The location is perfect and the sunrise view is really amazing, it’s in the main street of the beautiful town of Bonnyville!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I moved in and for a short time thereafter I experienced good customer service, but as I have constinued to live here I have found the service to be FUBAR.
Be very careful about additional charges and do not sign anything that gives all the power to the owners. They WILL take advantage of that.
After I leave I fully expect to have to recover extra charges in small claims court, because the owners have no respect for Seniors or the law of this land.
The housekeeper is disrespectful and does not listen, believing she has total power over what happens here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed bugs. Bed bugs. Bed bugs. This was above and beyond the worst hotel experience of my life and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I stayed with this company for a month and a half. The first month was at the duplex in La Corey which didn’t have heat or pressure in the shower (I showered with water bottles after work) and took them a whole month to finally figure out. Then I got moved into centre suite inns for a week and I’m leaving with 50+ very itchy bed bug bites. The owner Emmie actually blamed me for breaking the water and heater in La Corey and proceeded to tell me “I complain a lot” when I told her about the bed bugs and said “you brought the bugs” till her and her son came into my room and tore the bed apart to find bed bugs crawling underneath. these people cannot be trusted and I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. Do not stay here if you can help it
