★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were part of a large group. We preordered our meals which was a great idea but they weren't ready for our reservation on time. When we sat down (at barely cleaned tables) the food started coming out. Problem was most of our group didn't have drinks or cutlery. Hot food sat infront of us while we waited. The meal was pretty good even after waiting 10 minutes for cutlery. We were told there would be a 10% group discount but when the bills arrived it wasn't applied. Had everything been better I wouldn't have said anything but this time I did. The manager came over and honoured the discount after informing us that it only applied to a group bill and not bills grouped by family - this wasn't specified anywhere. I wanted to educated him about the proper sequence of service but we just wanted to leave. Red Deer Mr Mikes was even worse. At least this meal was hot when it arrived. Please don't take group reservations if you lack the training/experience in executing them. There would have been at least a second round of drinks and dessert if the service had flowed better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the summer special and enjoyed it very much. I've been to Mr Mike's all across the province everytime and every location has excellent food and service. Grand prairie, Whitecourt, Edmonton and now Bonneville I recommend and patronize Mr Mike's often. Perfect for special occasions with a group or a romantic date night for two.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good, nice friendly atmosphere. Server was great and very professional, not pushy or needy. My wife and I enjoyed our meals, and some nice quiet conversations, (without interpretations)! I would recommend to friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good meal in Bonnyville. The food was cooked really good and the fries were great. Mr. Mikes is always a safe place to eat and wont disappoint.
My only complaint was after my food was delivered, I got offered ketchup and I had to get it myself. That’s when I realized that there was only two servers for the entire place. For the amount of tables they were looking at, I say they were doing a great job and won’t make a fuzz over it. She acknowledged what happened and apologize.
I would definitely go back and enjoy my meal there again. Until the next time and keep on eating.
