★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were booked in for 5 nights at this hotel. Our plan was to go to Waterton, and tour parts of the Crowsnest pass. We lucked out and were given the honeymoon suite. It was an absolutely beautiful room. We were almost shocked at how nice it was at such an affordable price. Beautiful quality furniture, and it was super clean. The air conditioner couldn't quite keep up with the heat wave, but other than that it, was a fantastic stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was good till I started banging on my door 10 minutes after check outAnd lectured Me Like My Mother Really disappointedI even asked for a late check-out and had a do not disturb sign on my door Very disrespectful unprofessional Would not stay here again Also the toilet was plugged in my room when we got it They didn't have anyone to fix it they gave me a plunger and made me do it myself also not much for breakfast selection what they did have was pretty budget and did not look appetizing at all vary unhappy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better then expected. Checked in at 3. Had reserved a 2 queen non smoking room. Was given a two queen on the top floor looking south with decent views. Room was huge. In addition to two queen beds there was a queen pullout sofa, a chair, fridge, microwave and kuerig. Hotel was very quiet. Gym was well appointed and clean. Water slide was VERY fast, pool was nice temperature. Kids loved the slide and the hot tub was actually hot! Everything was super clean. Leilani at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating to our requests and even assisted in loaning the kids some boardgames. Room was clean and very comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast was pretty bad. The waffles were premade, and somewhat tough and or soggy depending on where it came from within the warmer. The eggs only came after the waffles disappeared and they weren't great either. So, essentially there was a breakfast, but I wouldn't recommend planning to eat it. The rest of the hotel and stay was great, so I will still give 5 stars despite the bad breakfast. This is now my go to hotel for this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. Reception is good. Cleaning crew left garbage on the hallway floor for well over 17h during our stay. Yes, I am aware of the policy. Don't think that means garbage should be left unattended for that long. Gross!!!! Hope they have changed things since then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The water slide… I don’t know where to start. It was amazing, super slippery slick and fast. We were beyond impressed with the slide, many hours were spent in the pool at a time because of the quality and speed of the slide. It was like no slide I’ve ever been on. Would recommend to stay in the hotel just for the waterslide, not even kidding!!!!!!!!
Only complaint would be the waffles, not as delicious as eggos and a little soggy but that’s okay the waterslide made up for it 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location to stay overnight for the Waterton Lakes trip. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff however the breakfast service was terrible. We stayed there for two days and both days breakfast was finished 2 hours before the end time. They keep all the items frozen even the breads and bagels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable beds, even their most basic rooms are a good size, quite clean, and awesome customer service. They did everything possible to accommodate what I asked for, and when something wasn’t working properly in my room, they had it fixed in a timely manor. I love that they have a fitness room and hot tub. I’m in the area for work and hope I get to come back and stay here frequently!
