★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was amazed by how this staff from front desk to housekeeping were so welcoming and hospitable despite the events that's going on in our world, your employees have the sincerest smile from any other hotels that we stayed in and they exceeded my expectation on how to treat your guest genuinely
We will definitely be back here as me and wife always travel around Alberta and British Columbia for a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When traveling a lot it's the small things that make a big impact like good room rates, a larger fridge, a little extra space, a desk to sit at, good placement of the microwave, space to put your bags, comfortable beds, pet friendly with decent priced pet fees, and friendly staff. We will stay here again for sure. Also a restaurant attached to the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good value and clean. Hot breakfast was still included and could be collected from reception. Didn't know the whole first floor was being renovated and the one stairwell so it was a long walk from one end to the other after taking taking stairs with two kids under two. The laundry was also not accessible which isn't noted anywhere which was partly why we chose this property vs others in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alberta is home to hard working people. The same bodies that fill your hotels beds, and make your hotel wealthy. People out working long hours, in what most would consider unimaginable conditions and weather. They are the reason you make money, regardless of which company pays the bill. But you do not honour that hard work and sacrifice by honouring the points system. No. You use the excuse of who's company name is on the bill, so you can deny workers their reward points. Repugnant. Un-Albertan. Stingy. Funnily, no other Wyndham property has ever done this....guess I know to stay at the Canalta from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the age of the hotel, it is still very nice. Very clean, there have been upgrades over time. The bet was very comfortable. There were six pillows on the bed and they were good quality. It was nice to get a good comfortable sleep before continuing a long drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Maids always touched my personal belongings. Jane at the front desk had a superiority complex.... she did nothing to help me when a man was outside my window and she is very ignorant.
