En début décembre dernier, j'ai acheté une pièce pour ma machine à raser qu'ils n'avaient pas en magasin et qui devait alors être commandée. Ils avaient dit qu'ils allaient me rappeller quand ils allaient la reçevoir. Pas de problème.
J'ai rappellé en fin MARS et ils m'ont dit oui, oui on a bel et bien reçu la pièce. Pourquoi ils m'ont pas appellé avant? sûrement par incompétence. Bref, quand je suis allé chercher la pièce, ils m'ont dit qu'ils ne l'avaient pas et qu'elle n'apparaissait pas dans le système. QUOI?
Après avoir insisté fortement, toute la clique est allé fouiller a arrière du magasin pour chercher ma pièce et m'ont fait attendre pendant plus de 15 minutes. Ils étaient en train de me dire qu'ils étaient sûrs de pas l'avoir lorsqu'une des employées a dit : ''Je l'ai trouvé!'' -- ''elle était ou?? on a cherché partout...'' -- ''Dans la boite de Braun'' (la marque de mon rasoir)
Wow... quelle bande d'incompétents. Aucune capacité de répondre à des besoins DE BASE de leur clientèle. Gros Bravo.

In early December, I bought a piece for my shaving machine they did not have in store and then had to be ordered. They said they would remind me when they were going to receive it. No problem.
I recalled late March and they said yes, yes we did receive the piece. Why did not they call me before? surely by incompetence. In short, when I went to get the room, they told me that they did not have it and it did not appear in the system. WHAT?
After strongly emphasizing, the whole clique went to search the back of the store to look for my room and made me wait for more than 15 minutes. They were telling me that they were sure they did not have it when one of the employees said, "I found it!" - "she was or ?? we searched everywhere ... '' - '' In the box of Braun '' (the mark of my razor)
Wow ... what a bunch of incompetent. No ability to meet BASIC needs of their clientele. Big congratulations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le service s'est amélioré comparativement à il y a quelques mois. Pas de problème pour échanger un séchoir à cheveux défectueux . Bon choix de cafetières, dont quelques unes très sophistiquées et très chères. Mais il y en a pour tous les goûts. ?
The service has improved compared to a few months ago. No problem to exchange a defective hair dryer. Good selection of coffee makers, some very sophisticated and very expensive. But there is something for everyone. ?

They charge $50 to give a repair estimate, and then estimate that the repair will cost half of what the original appliance is worth, without providing information about what exactly would be repaired, and what is essential to the functioning of the machine versus what is optional. Of course they could replace every moving part on a machine, but is it really necessary?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a machine right before Christmas and had issues with the machine from day 1. I contact the manufacturer several times and had no success with them for about 2 weeks. After calling Centre du Rasoir they told me to bring the machine back to the store. The gentlemen at the store provided excellent service and tested the machine. After troubleshooting they provided me with a brand new unit no questions asked. So far the new units is running great!
