★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très très très déçue. Nous avons acheter une cafetière expresso de marque Breville.Nous utilisons des cafetière à expresso depuis une vingtaine d'années. Or le gérant (je crois, enfin celui qui est tjrs là et qui répare les appareils )ne nous a pas averti que la cuillère n'a qu'un trou et que ns ne devons pas tasser le café. ..en 4 mois nous avons dû acheter 1 cuillère par mois (à plus de 10$la cuillère ça commence à coûter cher !!)On lui a montrer les cuillères, il ns a confirmé qu'elles étaient finies .Mon intuition m'a dit d'en garder une...Dernièrement, j ai compris qu avant chaque utilisation on doit laver bien particulièrement cette cuillère et ensuite vérifier le fameux trou ( car ns avons souvent perdu du café , ce système est tellement mal fait!)En entrant un fil très mince de fer, on arrive à déboucher cet unique trou et tout fonctionne. ..Conclusion, ce gérant mécanicien à ri de nous en nous en vendant des cuillères pour rien ...c 'est impossible qu'il ne savait pas!!! En plus de son indifférence chaque fois que nous devions retourner. C' est du VOLE ET DU TRÈS MAUVAIS SERVICE!
 Very very very disappointed. We bought a Breville espresso machine.We have been using espresso machines for about twenty years. But the manager (I think, finally the one who is always there and who repairs the devices) did not warn us that the spoon has only one hole and that we must not pack the coffee. ..in 4 months we had to buy 1 spoon a month (at more than $ 10 a spoon it starts to be expensive!) We showed him the spoons, he confirmed that they were finished. My intuition said to keep one ... Lately, I understood that before each use we must wash especially this spoon and then check the famous hole (because we have often lost coffee, this system is so bad!) entering a very thin wire of iron, we manage to open this single hole and everything works. ..Conclusion, this mechanic manager laughed at us by selling us spoons for nothing ... it is impossible that he did not know !!! In addition to his indifference every time we had to return. It is VOICE AND VERY BAD SERVICE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service et mensonges pour faire des ventes. J’ai acheté une machine expresso à prix fort. Qui ne fonctionne pas. J’ai alors regardé mon ticket de caisse pour voir les conditions de remboursement. Je découvre qu’ils ne font ni échange ni remboursement sur ces produits que ce sont des ventes finales ce que personne ne m’a JAMAIS dit lors de l’achat. J’appelle pour savoir s’il serait possible d’avoir malgré tout un remboursement. Je me suis faite très mal recevoir au téléphone. Pour finir par le faire raccrocher au nez. Je ne conseille a personne jamais d'acheter quoi que ce soit chez eux.
Very bad service and lies for making sales. I bought a espresso machine at a high price. Which does not work. I then looked at my receipt to see the refund conditions. I discover that they do not make any exchanges or refunds on these products as they are final sales, which no one EVER told me during the purchase. I'm calling to find out if it would still be possible to have a refund. I was very badly received on the phone. Finally, hang it up on your nose. I never advise anyone to ever buy anything from them.

J'ai voulu faire réparer ma cafetière breville ils m'ont appelé pour me dire que ma cafetière était prête je suis donc aller la chercher rendu à la maison je m'aperçois que personne n'y a même toucher elle est toujours défectueuse !! J'ai payer 83$ pour la réparation et elle n'est pas réparé j'ai donc du faire 4 aller retour de Saint-Augustin pour finalement ravoir ma machine!! Quand je suis aller la chercher aucune excuses pour la faute qui avait été commise ,aucun rabais ou cadeau vraiment ordinaire et très déçue je n'y retournerai plus jamais et je ne conseille à personne d'y aller!
Unbelievable! I wanted to repair my breville coffee maker they called me to tell me that my coffee maker was ready so I'm going to get it back home I realize that no one has even touched it is still defective !! I paid $ 83 for the repair and it is not repaired so I had to make 4 round trips from Saint-Augustin to finally get my machine back !! When I go to get her no apologies for the mistake that was made, no really ordinary and very disappointed discount or gift I will never go back there again and I do not advise anyone to go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service a la clientele très médiocre. Je me suis fait rire au nez lorsque j'ai demandé si je pouvais faire aiguiser mes lames de rasoir électriques. Le vendeur ri en disant que ça allait prendre 8 semaines. Attitude hautaine et suffisante. Je n'y retournerai plus.
Very poor customer service. I got a laugh in my face when I asked if I could have my electric razor blades sharpened. The seller laughed saying it was going to take 8 weeks. Haughty and smug attitude. I will not stay there again.

This money you have lost in any case, because when they dont want to repair the machine they have the possibility to just make the repair cost extremely high They told me when they have to change the valve (what was broken) they have to reprogram the Coffemachine. Better you bring not your coffeemachine for repair to them, you only loose your money for nothing
