Very good services from both Dr Létouneau and the dental assistants, dental hygienists and his secretary. Our family has been receiving care from Dr Létouneau for 30 years and we have always had good contacts and help when we had unexpected requests for a quick appointment.

The assistant was polite and helpful but the dentist is an old-dog, rigid, and only interested in repeating what he does for decades. He is not offering a person-centered health care. For example, I tried to explain that the reason for my visit was a sensation of pressure in a tooth, not pain. He responded saying well where is the pain? He did not ask anything about my pressure sensation! He wanted to perform a full head X-ray before even starting to see my problem. etc. I am a physician, and I know this is not the way to perform a diagnosis and plan a good treatment. I doubted this dentist could help with my problem, so left his office.
