★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très étrange institution financière. J’ai dû m’expliquer pendant plusieurs minutes pour avoir le droit d’ouvrir un compte. On n’était pas content que je ne promette pas de tout transférer mes operations… Donc, après plusieurs tergiversations, on a accepté. Puis, quelques années plus tard, apres avoir déménagé, j’ai ferme mes comptes et…ils ont ferme tous mes accès à accesd! Une petite mesquinerie supplémentaire, rapidement corrigée a la caisse ou j’habite maintenant. Disons que c’est un comportement indigne de Desjardins…
Very strange financial institution. I had to explain myself for several minutes to get the right to open an account. We weren't happy that I didn't promise to transfer all of my operations… So, after several dithering, we agreed. Then, a few years later, after I moved, I closed my accounts and… they closed all my access to accesd! A little extra pettiness, quickly corrected at the checkout where I live now. Let's say that this is behavior unworthy of Desjardins ...
