★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belle expérience. C'était la première fois que j'allais chez un vétérinaire. Le bec de mon perroquet (Conure) avait poussé et touchait sa gorge. Je pensais qu'il n'y aurait rien à faire.
Le personnel a pris le temps avec moi de m'explique la situation, on m'a expliquée les solutions.
C'est sûr lorsqu'on va chez un vétérinaire, il faut s'attendre à une médication, nourriture proposée.
Finalement, le bec a été limé, les griffes coupées et mon perroquet de 15 ans va avoir encore des belles années devant lui avec quelques changements dans sa nourriture.
La facture totale a été raisonnable.

 Nice experience. It was my first time going to a vet. The beak of my parrot (Conure) had grown and touched its throat. I thought there would be nothing to do.
The staff took the time with me to explain the situation to me, they explained the solutions to me.
Of course, when you go to a veterinarian, you have to expect medication, food offered.
Finally, the beak has been filed down, the claws cut off and my 15 year old parrot will still have good years ahead of him with some changes in his food.
The total bill was reasonable.

They treat their clients with respect and don't push products or services on you unlike the OTHER vet in Ste-Catherine.
Ive had nothing but positive experiences met with kindness and professionalism.
Not to mention the modifications they did during covid so you can still see your pets during exams. I plan to continue seeing them and their incredibly friendly staff for many years to come.
