 The sense of urgency is not part of their values. Pity that such a large bank is not more serious with aes customers after sales service.

Impossible de se fier à eux, c'est comme si une fois qu'ils t'ont en poche, ne font plus aucun effort et te disent seulement ce que tu veux entendre jusqu'à ce que tu partes. C'était la première et la dernière fois que nous faisons confiance à cette banque...
Do not care about the customers. Tell you one thing one day, the other the next day. Can not trust them, it's as if once they have you in your pocket, do not make any effort and tell you only what you want to hear until you leave. It was the first and last time we trust this bank ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai de l'argent on hold dans mon compte depuis début décembre. Je devais l'avoir le 16 décembre, mais depuis ils n'arrêtent pas de remettre la date à plus loin. Incapable de parler avec quelqu'un en les appellant.
J'ai aussi été un mois à courir après une carte de crédit qui a expiré et ça a pris 3 visites là bas avant qu'on m'en envoie enfin une autre.
Par contre, la dernière personne à qui j'ai parlé pour ma carte de crédit était très gentille et m'a aidé plus que ce que je demandais à la base ??
I have had money on hold in my account since the beginning of December. I was supposed to have it on December 16th, but since then they keep postponing the date. Unable to speak with anyone calling them.
I was also a month chasing after an expired credit card and it took 3 visits there before they finally sent me another one.
On the other hand, the last person I spoke to about my credit card was very nice and helped me more than I originally asked ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! J’ai déposé une traite bancaire provenant d’une autre institution et puisque cette autre institution faisait preuve d’une grande désinvolture, la directrice de BMO Jules-Verne s’est déplacée en personne à l’autre institution pour faire approuver ma traite bancaire. Impressionnant!
Wow! I deposited a bank draft from another institution and since this other institution was very casual, the director of BMO Jules-Verne came in person to the other institution to have my bank draft approved. . Impressive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pire banque jamais utilisée pour hypothèque! Juste hâte de finir avec eux! Comme la SCHL assure le prêt, BMO Le Gendre perçoit mes taxes municipales. Parfait! Ben je reçois des relevés de la ville, ils ne sont même pas capables de payer les taxes à temps, moi je me ramasse avec des frais d'intérêts! Pas 2 jours de retard là... La facture de mai payée en septembre!!!! Wake-up gang!!! MISE À JOUR PLUSIEURS SEMAINES APRÈS : J'AI FINALEMENT PAYÉ LE RETARD MOI-MÊME PARCE QUE PERSONNE S'EN OCCUPAIT MALGRÉ MES RELANCES ET ON ME DISANT QUE LE MONTANT AVAIT ÉTÉ ENVOYÉ. LA VILLE MA CONFIRMÉ QUE LE RETARD N'A JAMAIS ÉTÉ INCLUS ET CONTINUAIT DE CRÉER DES FRAIS. AUSSI, LE BEAU MESSAGE QUI SUIT DE BMO SERVICES CLIENTS, JE LEUR AI ÉCRIT COMME PROPOSÉ, ILS NE M'ONT JAMAIS DONNÉ SUITE! INSTITUTION À ÉVITER! J'en suis à ma 6e maison, ma première et ma dernière hypothèque avec eux!
Worst Bank Ever Used For Mortgage! Just can't wait to be done with them! As CMHC insures the loan, BMO Le Gendre collects my municipal taxes. Perfect! Well, I get statements from the city, they are not even able to pay the taxes on time, I collect myself with interest charges! Not 2 days late there ... The May bill paid in September !!!! Wake-up gang !!! UPDATE SEVERAL WEEKS AFTER: I FINALLY PAID THE DELAY BECAUSE NO ONE TAKEN CARE OF IT DESPITE MY REMINDERS AND TOLD ME THE AMOUNT HAD BEEN SENT. THE CITY CONFIRMED ME THAT THE DELAY WAS NEVER INCLUDED AND CONTINUED TO CREATE FEES. ALSO, THE BEAUTIFUL MESSAGE THAT FOLLOWS FROM BMO CUSTOMER SERVICES, I WRITE THEM AS PROPOSED, THEY NEVER FOLLOWED ME! INSTITUTION TO AVOID! I'm on my 6th house, my first and my last mortgage with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C’est la pire banque que j’ai connu. Ils offrent des supers programmes pour attirer les militaires mais après la signature de l’hypothèque il n’y a plus moyen d’avoir des services. S’il n’y a plus d’argent à faire vous tombez dans la case « quand ils ont du temps » j’attends le renouvellement pour transférer mes 2 hypothèques avec une banque ou il y aura du service même après avoir signé l’hypothèque.
It’s the worst bank I’ve ever been to. They have great programs to attract the military, but after signing the mortgage there is no way you can get any services. If there is no more money to make you fall into the box "when they have time" I wait for the renewal to transfer my 2 mortgages with a bank where there will be service even after having signed the mortgage.
