Le serment d'hypocrate est loin d'être respecté ce pourquoi vous vous méritez tous un GROS ZÉRO. Je marque 1 étoile mais j'aurai marqué un GROS ZÉRO pour la loi englobant la gestion gouvernementale de cette établissement. Pourtant à cette clinique; je suis certain que ce sont des gens qualifiés, mais loi oblige, n'en n'ont rien à cirer de la plèbe malade du secteur. Cela fait plus de 10 ans que j'habite le secteur de jouvence et je n'ai jamais été capable de la fréquenter. Pour ceux et celles qui se batailles pour le sans rendez-vous à tout les soirs c'est aussi désolant. Attention you need a file or a family doctor attached to this establishment. The hypocritical oath is far from being respected, so you all deserve a BIG ZERO. I score 1 star but I scored a BIG ZERO for the law encompassing the government management of this establishment. Yet at this clinic; I am certain that they are qualified people, but, as the law requires, have nothing to do with the sick people of the sector. I have been living in the youth sector for over 10 years and have never been able to attend it. For those who are fighting for the walk-in every night is also sad.

Cependant, lors de mon appel téléphonique, j'aimerais avoir l'option de sélectionner une préférence en am, pm ou soirée avant même que le système automatisé me propose l'heure d'un rdv. I really appreciate the new online service and the respect of the appointment time. However, during my phone call, I would like the option to select a preference in am, pm or evening even before the automated system offers me the time of a appointment.

Malheur pour notre famille d'avoir notre médecin de famille à cet endroit! C'est bien beau Bonjour Santé mais des frais de 15,00$ sont exigés pour avoir un rendez-vous d'une clinique de la région, en plus des coûts de déplacement, et ce quand on réussi à avoir un rendez-vous! Vivement la réforme, mais je ne suis pas très optimiste quant à d'éventuels améliorations d'accès à la loterie de la santé!!! Bonne chance à tous! O	Olivier Desgagnés on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faut se battre quand on n'est malade pour voir mon médecin de famille, ils veulent qu'on crève sur la marché du travail, jamais eu un rendez-vous avec leur nouveau système depuis plus de 10 ans. Leur 3 systèmes pour prendre des rendez-vous sont tous disfonctionelle pi y te répète le même mensonge à chaque fois (sa marche très bien) ya même de 2e ligne pour un service inutile robotisé ne servent qu'à retarder les appels et empêchants les autres d'appeler pendant que vous faite 1,2,3,4 pi 5 min dans le vide. C'est très incompétant de voir que tout le monde et les autres entreprise, mais pas une clinique médical iressponsable et volontaire. You have to fight when you are sick to see my family doctor, they want us to die on the job market, never had an appointment with their new system for over 10 years. Their 3 systems for making appointments are all dysfunctional pi y you repeat the same lie every time (its working very well) is even 2nd line for a useless robotic service only serve to delay calls and preventing others to call while you do 1,2,3,4 ft 5 min in a vacuum. It is very incompetent to see that everyone and the other company, but not an irresponsible and voluntary medical clinic.

Malgré vos excuses, il n'en demeure pas moins qu'au niveau des statistiques québécoise, je suis sur la liste des gens "qui ont un médecin de famille". Sur papier, le besoin est donc "comblé". Dans la réalité, je suis incapable de voir ou parler à ce médecin...ni même prendre un "sans-rendez" à votre clinique. Je dois me débrouiller et prendre un rendez-vous à la clinique St-Louis. C'est honteux. Et personne n'est imputable de rien. Petit Québec... ----- Avis original: J'ai tenté de prendre un rendez-vous en utilisant le système en ligne. Pendant 1 mois et demi, il n'y avait aucune disponibilité dans les 36 prochaines heures. Pourtant, j'ai bien suivi les instructions.
