Dimanche, le 2 Avril, a 12.45 hres, je suis allé faire le plein d'essence chez vous et j'ai du changer de pompe a 3 reprises pour faire le plein, et un autre client a fait la même chose en sacrant, donc rendu à la caisse pour payer, j'ai dit a la jeune fille: c'est pas drôle de changer de place 3 fois avant de pouvoir se thanker, elle m'a répondu sans hésiter: ben tu sais pas lire,c'est marqué sur la pompe...oh! quoi???? et elle ajoute: si té pas contant, t'as juste a pu venir...stupéfaction..j'ai dit c'est comme ca que vous recevez vos clients...au lieu de me dire: je m'excuse Monsieur pour l'inconvénient que ca pu vous causer, c'est nouveau ou c'est comme ca le dimanche, et bien je lui ai dit: c'est sur que je ne reviendrai pas ici, c'est tout plein de pompiste dans le coin. quand on pense aux prix de la publicité qu'un commerce fait pour faire entrer un client chez lui et qu'une fois entré, on lui dit d'aller ailleurs, pas fort hein!, ca fait 10 ans que je vais à ce dépanneur et c'était la dernière fois, je trouve ca très insultant quand on se déplace pour aller encourager un commercant et qu'on se fait recevoir comme ca, c'est pas au Lac St-Jean qu'on aurait fait une chose semblable..à Dieu Dépanneur Shell, du 2222 Ave. Jules Verne, Quebec.. En premier me chargeait une pinte de lait que je n’ai pris je m’en ai aperçu dehors je retourne la voir lui mentionne elle cancelle ma facture et me charge un lave auto plus cher que je celui que je lui ai demandé . Et pour finir j’ai le droit à 10 fois les milles air milles car je met de l’essence rouge il ont été cancellation avec l’autre facture . Vérifier vos factures la prochaine fois que vous allé à cette station I just refueled, the cashier made a mistake 3 times on my bill.
