★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disorganized placed; they could not find our papers. Details on tax forms still needed work, but told us that papers were ready. We gave them plenty of time to finish, even after they called us to come pick up our papers. If you have a lot of time to waste they are o.k.. But be prepare to wait.... For those who want organized and speedy service I would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one likes doing their taxes but thank you so much to impot Marino family. For once It was easy and in a friendly space. Was fast to take my file and just as quick to get my file back. Brought my daughter with me and they had milk and cookies for her. So sweet.

After reviewing the work done on my taxes, I noticed that there were clear errors in the numbers. Not sure how this was possible after I highlighted the numbers to be entered before dropping off the documents. I called to discuss and was met with hostility. Finally, they amended my tax submission and claimed an oversight. I understand, mistakes can be made, but I find it appalling in how it was dealt with. No refund was given for the poor and inaccurate service.
Needless to say, I won't ever be returning and I'll be sharing my disappointing experience with others. If you do decide to use the service, I'd recommend double checking the work. But in that case, I'd rather go elsewhere or do it myself.
