Les déclarations sont bien faites, les réponses aux questions sont claires et je vois que le comptable travaille pour aller me chercher les meilleurs retours d'impôts possibles... Bref, une bonne expérience à chaque fois !
Pour cette nouvelle année, je ne me pose même pas la question : c'est tout droit chez Impôt Plateau !
 I entrusted them with my taxes for 5 years and I have always been very well served, with professionalism and smile. The statements are well made, the answers to questions are clear and I see that the accountant is working to get me the best possible tax returns ... In short, a good experience every time!
For this new year, I do not even ask the question: it's all right at Tax Plateau!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un comptable fort sympathique qui est à l'écoute, et ce pour différentes situations. Le plus important est qu'il fait bien la job, et c'est le cas. En somme, mes retours d'impôts et mon compte bancaire disent merci monsieur le comptable !
A very friendly accountant who is attentive, and this for different situations. The most important thing is that it does the job well, and it does. In short, my tax returns and my bank account say thank you, accountant!

J'ai trouvé plus de deux fois moins cher dans le meme quartier.
Malgré un remboursement partiel, j'ai été facturé 140$ pour une entrevue et quelques échanges de courriel. Les prix ne sont pas claires sur le site internet et montent trés vite pour le moindre document supplémentaire.
Exorbitant prices!
I found more than twice the price in the same area.
Despite a partial refund, I was charged $ 140 for an interview and a few email exchanges. The prices are not clear on the website and go up very quickly for the slightest additional document.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dans un premier temps je dirai que ma première déclaration d’impôts 100% en ligne s’est bien passée malgré quelques limitations technologiques de mon côté ( structurelles et non personnelles ? ). Boomer mais pas tant que ça .
Mais j’aime mieux passer en personne Vincent parce que t’es toujours accueillant. Faque 2022 on fera ça en présentiel si tu veux bien.
Et pis gosser avec des applications c’est pas mon truc.
First, I will say that my first 100% online tax return went well despite some technological limitations on my side (structural and not personal ?). Boomer but not that much.
But I prefer to come in person to Vincent because you are always welcoming. Faque 2022 we will do that in person if you want.
And worse kidding with apps is not my thing.

Il n'y a pas de complications, pas de niaisage, la paperasse est limitée au maximum (pas facile face à la bureaucratie gouverne-mentale), j'apprécie avoir quelques rappels par courriels pour produire ma déclaration, mais il n'y en a jamais trop, ça m'aide à faire mon rapport d'impôt à temps que de pouvoir le faire 100% en ligne, j'ai des bons retours aussi, incomparable la différence avec les fois où nous avions fait notre déclaration à la maison. Et enfin pour les travailleurs autonomes et les artistes, c'est la meilleure place où aller.
It is a great pleasure for me to do business with this company year after year. There are no complications, no fuss, the paperwork is kept to a minimum (not easy in the face of government bureaucracy), I appreciate having a few email reminders to file my return, but there are none. never too much, it helps me to do my tax return on time to be able to do it 100% online, I have good feedback too, incomparable the difference with the times when we had made our declaration at home . And finally for self-employed workers and artists, this is the best place to go.
