Après avoir magasiné les différents gyms de la région, Chriss Kalec m'a accordé beaucoup de temps et a répondu à mes questions avec honnêteté. Après 4 mois, je suis super heureux de mon choix. En premier lieu, les entraîneurs ont à cœur notre sécurité ce qui était important pour moi. Et que dire de l'accueil? Tout le monde m'a accueilli avec enthousiasme et je me suis immédiatement senti accepté. L'esprit d'équipe présent est merveilleux, du débutant au pro tout le monde y trouve son compte. Je recommande fortement!
I wanted to get in shape and the crossfit seemed the right way. What a surprise I had! After shopping around the different gyms in the area, Chriss Kalec gave me a lot of time and answered my questions honestly. After 4 months, I am very happy with my choice. In the first place, coaches have our safety at heart, which was important to me. And what about the reception? Everyone greeted me with enthusiasm and I immediately felt accepted. The present team spirit is wonderful, from the beginner to the pro everyone finds his account. I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great family oriented gym! My wife and I stopped in for a workout and had a wonderful time. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and great coaching. Large class was fun and accomodating to our fitness needs. We had Chris, who was helpful and informative about both crossfit and where to go while visiting Montreal on our weekend getaway!
If we are ever back in the area we wouldn't hesitate to stop in for another great workout!
