★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've yet to receive my appliances, so consider this a review of the service we received.
My wife and I had an idea as to what products we wanted, and Gabriel, one of the salespeople, guided us through our choices, making suggestions here and there, and looking up specifications and other information about appliances whenever necessary.
I especially admired his patience when my wife and I began debating over whether we wanted a front-load or top-load washing machine. That's obviously something we should've figured out at home, but he let us hash it out!
Finally, when it came time to pay, my credit card didn't go through, and Gabriel waited while I called my bank and was put on hold for 20mins. Eventually my payment went through. Hooray! Thanks, Gabriel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very easy to order online with Tristan who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product lines. Prices were very competitive. Delivery was fast and efficient. Overall a very good experience with Canadian Appliance Source and will be ordering a few more items from them in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE! If it was possible to leave a ZERO star review, I would do it for this company. I have never experienced a company that takes zero responsibility for its employees who lie and make false promises and statements. They lied about the delivery date. They lied that I didn't have to have my previous dryer uninstalled. And they now refuse to pick up the old dryer which was left here because of their lies. If you contact the customer service department, they will tell you to speak to your sales person. My sales person Alex literally took the money and ran. He refuses to return my phone calls or emails and take responsibility for the aggravation he has caused. What a terrible terrible company. There is reason why their reviews are SO LOW on Google and with the Better Business Bureau. If only I had reviewed them earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appreciated the email going over all the info day before the delivery.
Then the drivers let us know that they were 20 min away and being on time. Both delivery guys were polite and efficient with getting the washer hooked up and tested for leaks. An all around good experience.
The only downside was the dryer was on back order which we weren't expecting. We will have to wait another couple weeks for its delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the range (oven) from CAS, supposed to be delivered Dec, 31, I disconnected my old appliances and... nobody came or call. I had to contact the customer care and finally one week later I got my range. Then I ordered an LG washing tower + white glove service and installation. The crew came but they were missing the important hose (which I paid for!) now they left with my old washer/drier and the new one is promised to be connected in several days. I have two kids and we wash every day, that is very inconvenient! Seriously, guys you have to put more attention when you prepare the shipment and verify that everything is in place. The prices are good, delivery is fast but there is always something that spoils the whole experience! The delivery crew was very apologetic and professional and probably it is not their fault, but I can't wash my closes anyway... waiting for the servicemen to come and connect. And I have to take a time off to be there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best thing about them is their online tracking and management service. I was BLATANTLY lied to when the associate at my local store said that I could return the product (which you cannot) or that if the price dropped before they delivered it that they would lower my price (they won't). Phone customer service was pretty good and arranging for delivery was straightforward. Picking up my order was a bit of a mess, but again that is from my local store not the company in general.
