★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whether or not you have steady income, a place to live with friends and family, these people will welcome you. Always something to drink and usually plenty of snacks available free of charge. Focused primarily on offering social service to the less fortunate, 454 will bridge the gap between individuals, couples, families and services they require. On site ODSP staff, CMHA and housing support, also offering SITE services and sexual health information with products. If need be, there are showers and free laundry services (call ahead or book in person 1 [one] day in advance for laundry). Very helpful. Additionally there are always group games, art and music sessions, group outings once a month and a nice garden/greenspace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place is nice inside. but I find they favour the men. and it's like pulling teeth to get laundry done some staff are rude and standoffish when they know u need help I really thought Ottawa was different men was I wrong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open Monday through till Saturdays they feed the homles and serve coffe they have respite in the upper part of the church and the let you do laundry and shower....... The occasional awesome donation but in the winter on the go it's a great resource to have they have telephones laundry hygiene supply's and provide razors and clean towels .... Staff are very accommodating ......... Respite is a cot u can sleep in on from 8 till 1pm
