Its been renovated and enlarged with a great fitness center, 2 larger gyms, with one dedicated to sports like pickleball, pingpong, volleyball, and badminton. Perfect for 55+ and up it's exclusive to members from 8:30 am to 4 pm. Everything from serious fitness classes all the way down the gentle yoga, and Move and Groove classes. Something for everyone. Art, music, cooking, hobbies, languages, computer, lectures and so much more. Its an undiscovered gem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location to celebrate any events. The hall is big enough to accommodate I'd say 200 or slightly more people if it's a wedding event depending on the invitations. Events like a Zumba fundraising or for any charities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow... Loved the basketball court... Nice to have the benches to sit at breaks. Plenty parking space. Grateful the staff directed us to the back parking lot, which is closer to the b-ball court ? and it was freezing cold outside -30 degrees celsius

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a booking at 5 pm and unfortunately they have opened the door at 5 exactly and they’ve asked us to show our vaccination proof and took us 15 minutes from our booking time and we had less than an hour to play
