They manage a building I use to live in on Thirty Third St in Etobicoke. It is the most dirty building I have ever lived in. The super doesn't care about the place at all but makes up stories about the tenants and talks about them to others. He knocked on my door once to ask if I knew where my neighbour was because her rent check had bounced. He once told me my other neighbour's girlfriend had to pay his rent since he couldn't. He told me which other tenants were prostitutes. He made up stories about me and told a neighbour, and everyone else.
The lobby would be vacuumed about once every OTHER month. The laundry room went 3 months without being cleaned. The garbage in the back is often overflowing and I have never seen so much dog dirt on any patch of land in my life.
Often you will see tenants cleaning the lobby with their own vacuum or washing the lobby windows themselves when they are too embarrassed to have company over due to the state of the building.
