★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are extremely grateful to have Tiffany Rana as our Property Manager. Due to her quick response and managing skills, she has saved us from having a lot more water damage done to our unit and probably the whole building. During the process, she was very informative and helpful in all aspects. She took care of the issue right away and effectively communicate with us throughout the process. We truly appreciate her hard work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiffany Rana is the best, most professional, friendliest property manager that I have had the pleasure to know. Even prior to moving in to The Compass condo, Tiffany helped us to understand all the ins and outs of living in a condo. She is highly responsive and with so many people vying for her time! She is always smiling no matter the situation. She responds to any and all emergencies in the building quickly, and thoroughly. She also seems to have vast knowledge of all systems in a large building such as the Compass. Thank you so much Tiffany, you've been awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this company they do a poor job managing there own managers. They do there best to avoid issues at hand. Don't expect proper notifications from them about matters regarding you, you will need to follow up. Have had many bad experiences, especially with the PM Austin. If you like to be harrased and completely ignored he's your guy. I had refrained from posting this 4 months ago but he has only gotten worse with time and likes to lie about situations so there to his benefit.

I have ample and thorough evidence of every single item I brought forward. I attempted to upload a few in my review however they reported to Google, therefore I had to resort using another account and not uploading the evidences. Nevertheless, I fully stand by the review from tscc2593bod account. A number of their positive reviews are from their own staff!
Unlike stated by City Sites response, CMRAO did not "dispose" of any of the complaints, they issued warnings to two managers and also to City Sites regarding the hiring of an unlicensed manager.
Unlike stated by City Sites response, they left our property and literally ceased all communication. Their last response to a multitude of pending items was that since they no longer "managed" the property, there would be a cost of $200/hour for any additional communication.
By performing additional investigations, I also discovered that multiple City Sites staff make fraudulent use the RCM designation from ACMO. I have also reported this to ACMO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an expensive parcel stolen from the concierge desk at Rise Condos. The concierge leaves all large parcels in the lobby unattended and management refuses to do anything about it aside from sending out a parcel waiver. The building Manager, Mr. Snow is very difficult and extremely unprofessional to deal with. In my opinion this is a very poorly managed building, the worst I have experienced. This video and photo were taken months after the theft took place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved into 115 Hillcrest Ave, Mississauga on rent in April 2021 and since then I have had a great experience with the property manager. Mr. Machhour, the property manager made our life so easy to book the service lift while we were moving in and ensuring a smooth movement into 115 Hillcrest.
Over the last 1 year, he has been very kind in accommodating our requests within the rules of the condo be it for maintenance or any other issues.
I would like to Thank Machhour for all his help and support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm VERY pleased with how Sonja Bozic is managing our complex. Since she took on this role, we are finally seeing the changes that were needed. She listens to residents' concerns and addresses them right away in a professional manner. We had a bit of a fiasco with a contractor that was working on our unit but when this was mentioned to Sonja, she rectified it immediately and has gone above and beyond to make sure the things were done correctly. I am very happy Sonja is the one who is managing our townhouse units as I fully trust her expertise and that she will make decisions with the residents' interests at heart.
