Lack of seriousness and follow-up. Very little rational methods for hiring. Be careful not to confuse self-confidence with arrogance. It's sad to see.

Je ne m'étais jamais rencontrée de façon si alignée et douce. Ce fut déstabilisant de me retrouver devant tant de force, de beauté et de richesse que je n'ai pas pensé tout de suite que tout ça venait bel et bien de mon intérieur, jusqu'à temps que je prenne le temps de réaliser que c'était bel et bien le cas! Je suis ma ressource. Wow! Meeting myself and others in this adventure of the basic NLP course, I discovered a universe that resembled me. I had never met so aligned and sweet. It was unsettling to find myself in front of so much strength, beauty and richness that I did not immediately think that it was all really from within, until I took the time to realize that it was was indeed the case! I am my resource. Wow!

Un peu plus décontracte car c'est un sujet très intéressant à tous âge. j'ai trouvé un peu trop théorique mais ça m'a fait réfléchir et c'était l'objectif. Il aurait été agréable de recevoir la présentation. Interesting conference but I would have liked a little more feedback with the audience, questions, scenarios. A little more relaxed because it is a very interesting subject at all ages. I found it a bit too theoretical but it got me thinking and that was the goal. It would have been nice to receive the presentation.
