★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My poor boy needed to cross the rainbow Bridge. This was his vet so I called and they were very compassionate even with my crying on the phone. Since this is covid times we couldn't go inside so they gave us a blanket to pick a spot we wanted outside to lay in the grass and they came to us. (Which I kinda liked better then being in an office anyways) at the end of it all they even brought us out a big zipper canvas bag ( I call it a body bag) with his name on it with little hearts beside his name. They were great at explaining everything, and sincerely compassionate and caring (I was a mess) they weren't pushy with payment, I brought it up to them that I needed to pay still and she offered and invoice but I paid while I was there and it was actually very reasonably cheap. Considering what my friends paid at their different clinics.
A big thank you to the staff members who helped us. Iam really sorry I forgot your name, but you two ladies were great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ms Florida charmed g.o.d. a couple of years ago and eventually adopted him and mom.
In preparation for the annual migration South, mom checked Ms. Florida's medical records and realized the family boss needed an injection or two to bring her current.
Separate seating areas in the large bright reception reduce stress for four-legged friends. Quick, friendly service from professional staff means quick-quick in and out.
There is a wheel chair accessible ramp. Hours are listed in the pics.

$5000 alone in 2021.
My male pincer has a urinary track infection and they refuse to even look at him. THEY ARE NOT AN ANIMAL "HOSPITAL".
Bookings over-take emergencies, life threatening or not.
No customer appreciation for 45 years of loyalty. If you love your animals enough to spend any amount of money on them, I suggest a different Veterinarian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are no words for how grateful I am after being away for a few decades and returning to Bracebridge Centennial with my 4-legged kids. Going through some nightmare situations with other clinics was the reason I returned and I wish I'd done so sooner. The staff at both your clinics have been wonderful and compassionate, kind and patient, prompt and considerate. The energy is so much better than what I experienced prior to returning. In my travels I have learned good and caring vets/staff are not always a given so it truly is a gift to be back in the hands of Angels! Kitty kisses from Ema, Tulip, Trevor and Kusawa :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently adopted my little girl Ruby who unfortunately had a bad reaction after being spayed. THEN THE AWSOME TEAM at centenial vet got her in quickly and found out the problem! Then helped get her going again! She is recovering wonderfully thanks to the team here! They were polite, friendly, helpful and EXTREMELY understanding of everything. Would recommend this vet to anyone and everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a client with Centennial with 3 dogs now in the last years and have been very happy with the care here in general.
In particular I am writing this review now because in the midst of this pandemic and all the problems created by it, I really appreciated a real effort to connect with me and my new precious 7 month old pup about an ongoing bowel problem. We haven’t come to the end of it but I feel supported and confident with her care. It could be all too easy to feel afraid and unsupported in a crisis when you don’t know what to do.
Kudos to the Doctors and support staff who make it all happen at Centennial ! And special Kudos and thank you to Dr. DeCaire who I know has gone out of her way to help Arrow and me.
