★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Définitivement la place à éviter. Prix exagérer, mauvais services, mensonges par dessus mensonges, délai non respectés. Bien heureuse d'avoir transférer mon téléphone à un autre endroits pour la reparation. Beaucoup moin cher et service d'excellente qualité à la clinique à Hull. Cellular x ne devrait même pas apparaître dans vos options pour la réparation.
 Definitely the place to avoid. Price exaggerate, bad services, lies over lies, delay not respected. Glad to have transferred my phone to another place for repair. Much cheaper and excellent service at the clinic in Hull. Cellular x should not even appear in your options for repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les pires des pires ! J'arrive pour faire changer l'écran de mon lg g6 et ils oublient de mettre ma caméra frontale dedans mon téléphone. En plus de l'avoir oublié, ils l'ont perdut... De plus, mon empreinte digitale ne fonctionne plus et ils ne vont rien faire pour réparer leurs erreur. Et de plus, ils me mentent sur le prix et le temps promis. J'ai attendu 1h45 pour ce qui d'après leurs promesses était censé prendre 20 min...Cellular X est une petite compagnie très très mal compétente. Je recommande fortement d'aller ailleurs.
The worst of the worst! I arrive to change the screen of my lg g6 and they forget to put my front camera in my phone. In addition to forgetting it, they lost it ... Moreover, my fingerprint no longer works and they are not going to do anything to correct their mistakes. And besides, they're lying to me about the price and the promised time. I waited 1:45 for what according to their promises was supposed to take 20 minutes ... Cellular X is a very, very poorly qualified small company. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

J’ai fait changer l’écran de mon Iphone 11, mon telephone fonctinnait très bien avant qu’ils changent mon écran craquée. Ils ont utilisé 3 tourne vis differents pour la même vis, pour ensuite la « stripper » …. Le technicien à même dû aller voir le magasin compétiteur afin de retirer mes vis ….
Depuis le changement de mon écran, les touches de mon téléphone ne fonctionne plus très bien (le touch) les couleurs de l écran ne sont plus pareille….
Le technicien m’avait dit que l’écran était garanti 1 mois, jai fait changer mon écran le 17 août, 2021, j’ai déboursé 300$ et en retournant au magasin aujoud’hui, le technicien me dit que c’ est pas de leur faute et que c’ étais le système de mon téléphone le problème et il ne veux rien faire… pourtant mon Iphone fonctionnait très bien avant le changement d’écran même avec celle-ci brisé….
C’était la première et ce sera la dernière fois que j’irai à ce magasin!! Je ne le recommande aucunement cette endroit! N’ALLEZ PAS LÀ!!!
They are thieves and have a great lack of professionalism.
I had my iPhone 11's screen changed, my phone was working great before they changed my cracked screen. They used 3 different screwdrivers for the same screw, then the “stripper”…. The technician even had to go see the competitor store to remove my screws….
Since changing my screen, the keys on my phone no longer work very well (the touch) the screen colors are no longer the same….
The technician told me that the screen was guaranteed for 1 month, I had my screen changed on August 17th, 2021, I shelled out $ 300 and returning to the store today, the technician told me it is not their fault and that it was the system of my phone the problem and it does not want to do anything… however my Iphone worked fine before the change of screen even with this one broken….
It was the first and it will be the last time I will go to this store !! I do not recommend this place at all! DON'T GO THERE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a phone charger for my galaxy s8, one week later it stopped working. Had to drive all the way back to get a refund...rep says they don't do refunds but swapped the charger cable with a different one and explained it's his "new best quality one". Shortly after using it, the cable kept falling out and I would wake up to a non charged phone...For something as simple as a phone charger not working properly I can only imagine the quality of their other products...
