Refused to call into my provider to assist in upgrading my current phone.
Only go here if you would like to have nothing accomplished and waste time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever! Not only is the sales person there rude but he's either incompetent or a liar. Avoid at all costs. I love to support small businesses but never again with these crooks. Went in to get a phone and the salesperson was mean. I figured sometimes people just talk a certain way so I proceeded with my order. At the end of the order he even says "if you have a problem don't come back" and later I found out he messed up the order anyway probably just to get a better sales commission. Avoid! Ripoff and rude!
