★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For trailer camping - if I could give this place a negative star, I would. There is no "Bayshore" to this place except the marina and no "Resort" in the common sense. There is a "For Sale" sign to greet you as you find this place on the Selkirk Loop Hwy 3A. We needed full hookups after spending a week rougher camping. All that was available or possible was pulling our 21ft trailer in right by the main highway next to a cabin or back in the mosquito infested pump house area and barely clean bathrooms. It looked as if some trailers/rigs were there for several weeks if not the whole summer. But it was a Friday for us and we doubted anything else anywhere would be available. If you have a choice - go someplace else if you need full hookups for a couple of nights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been coming here for 2 years now and staying at the cabin. This place is awesome and the owners are very kind. Your steps away from lockhart beach and its beautiful! The swimming is great!! I would totally recommend staying here. I'll be back for years to come!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys saved our butts, we made a last minute cabin reservation after 11PM when the faerie would have been a 5 hour wait. The cabin is very cute, and way more spacious than your average hotel room. And it’s incredibly clean! Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank You Bayshore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. We have been coming here for 3 years now. It's so awesome Lockhart beach is steps away. Everything is provided in the cabin. Very lovely people who own the property. I would totally recommend coming here for some days off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cabins are a good size, with a full fridge and stove, with 2 bedrooms. The price is extremely reasonable. The beach and boat launch are right across the road. There's even free wifi! The cabins are also fully stocked with towels, dishes, etc. Just bring your clothes and food and you're set!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely loved this place, we camped in daybreak area which has a beautiful creek running through all the campsites and sits in dense forest and very private! Staff here was above and beyond friendly. They have showers and washrooms which were clean and well kept. There is a marina and boat launch as well. Right on Kootenay Lake with amazing views. We will be back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here with my boyfriend and his mother on a Monday evening for dinner. When we walked in there were no other diners inside and a table of older folks playing cards (the staff and their friends). One of them (an older blonde lady, who owned the restaurant and campground across the street) came up and brought us to our seat on the patio as we requested. She was NOT FRIENDLY. When asked what she recommended or what their specials were, her reply..."whatever you like". My bf's knife looked unwashed. She took our orders and went back to playing cards at the table. We all got the lasagna, you could tell it was at least home made, but probably MICROWAVED, cheese on top wasn't even all melted. Our server came back to clear our plates and just walked away. We had to go back inside to order our desserts (pies), which were served cold.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. Server never checked up on us once or ask how our food tasted. We felt as if we were an inconvenience to their card game. The whole time there were two kittens playing around on the patio, and an older man inside swatting at flies in the windows...GROSS!!
I would NOT suggest this place for anyone.
