Your employees need to undergo some customer experience program because they're clearly lacking some phone etiquette. I don't even know much about your vineyard, but I know that I want nothing to do with it and will never recommend this place to any of my friends! It's a shame that I can't give you a ZERO star rating cause you don't even deserve one.

Very accommodating when ordering big items like a press and a barrel. Husband and wife work hard and it’s understandable if sometimes they seem a little too busy for us. Will always consider them when shopping for grapes or supplies. Thanks

I started making wine in 2015 and order all of my juice and must from Kevin and Kathy. The quality is always consistently excellent and Kevin is so conscientious that come harvest time, he only sells us grapes that are of excellent quality. He keeps customers informed about the upcoming harvest through his Grapevine newsletter so we know what to expect. I’m so grateful to have such a great, high-quality source of products for my winemaking. I also really appreciate that it’s a one-stop shopping experience since he sells not only the must and juice, but all of the processing products and equipment that I need. Even better, he delivers to Ottawa a couple of times in the fall, even though it’s a lot of extra work for him and Kathy to do so. Using his grapes l’ve made many fine wines (my 2018 Chardonnay won a silver medal at the provincial level), so I’m a happy repeat customer for as long as they continue to grow grapes.

Reasonable prices, good quality supplies, knowledgeable people and a great excuse for a trip to Niagara. This is the second year we buy must/grape juce from Watsons and last year crop was excellent.
