I am very unimpressed with the way this company does business. They solicited my 82 year old Grandmother over the phone to provide services and came to her home and tired to sell her said services. My mother by sheer chance called my grandmother and found out she had a man in her house, which horrified her! She asked to speak to the sales person, and he spoke to her on the phone. She told him to leave immediately or she would be calling the police and he agreed and hung up. My mother then called me and then told me there was a man in my grandmothers home. I dropped everything I was doing and sped over to my grandmothers, this took me about 10 minutes to arrive. When I arrived he wasn’t packed up. He was still sitting at the kitchen table trying to sell stuff to my grandmother. I yelled at him to get out of the house and he took his sweet time packing his various products, I then really voiced my displeasure then he picked up the pace and left. This company tried to take advantage of an 82 year old woman and I’m glad I was able to by chance stop them. The fact that they would put a salesperson who sees hundreds of people a week during a pandemic in the same room as a helpless immuno-compromised 82 year old woman, shows how disrespectful and distasteful their business practices are. Do not give these people your business!

I never knew how underprepared I was untiI had a fire safety meeting with Harry. He was very knowledgeable and his presentation was very informative. Their prouducts are absolutely amazing and I'd recommend them to everyone! Cheers and thank you ?

I was impressed with the presentation Chet gave me today. I am very interested in the products that he went over with me. I will be ordering the fire alarm system in the near future. He was very personable and honest.

Sales rep, Chet was very informative, knowledgable and helpful. He showed a passion and dedication to the company and the products. The information presented was clear and precise. I felt very comfortable in my purchase and totally have the understanding of it's importance. Overall I am very satisfied.

This is a bit of a mixed review. Signed up for a fire safety meeting at a home Show. I signed up to get an emergency kit, and thought I would just have an hour long presentation and be on my merry way. At the home Show we filled out a card to have the meeting on a particular day. However before this set meeting I got a call saying that I had won a secondary draw prize and that they could drop it off that day. I agreed to have them come between 630 & 730. At the time. I thought this was a drop off of an additional prize, and that my meeting that was scheduled at the home Show would still be happening. This was not the case, Chet showed up with all his presentation stuff and also the emergency kit we were told we would get at the home Show, and nothing more. Chet was very informative and not pushy. He passed on a lot of information and was very pleasant and personable. The meeting took over two hours, which was unexpected. I thought it would be an hour max. At the end of the meeting my husband and I were a bit shocked by the pricing and realized it would not be a good option for us. Chet was understanding and asked if anything could be done to make this more feasible to us, we indicated that we were not going to make such a large purchase without having time to think about it, and it was not something we had budgeted for. I assumed since Chet is new he had to call his boss, and his boss was very pushy on the phone. It left a bad taste in both mine and my husband's mouths. And at the end of the call, after pushing us serval times, he finally gave up and asked if we would do him a favour and write Chet a review. Once again Chet was lovely, informative and not pushy. He really seemed to have a focus on safety and sharing what he had learned. Some things that make me uncomfortable: 1. You can earn rewards for recommending others to get presentations, including an all expenses paid trip to various locations (minus airfare.) 2. Price lists cannot be found, they give you a quote, but not a breakdown of the item costs. 3. You can "earn you system" by joining their team and selling a system of the same size to someone else. 4. If your system goes off (small flood or fire etc.) You get an invitation to go to an awards ceremony (this year in Vegas) and you get to go up on stage and get an award for basically using your safety system, and awards for no real reason are always suspicious to me.

Antoine was pleasant, helpful and extremely handsome to boot. Dressed very nice. He went through absolutely everything about fire safety and very glad we learned what he educated us on. We are going to be recommending him in the future.

Harry's got a great personality and he's very patient. The safety meeting was very informative. The products are great quality and something I'd get for myself.

I appreciate every bit of fire safety information I received from fire safety advisor during our meeting. Amazing company with strong values and vision. Even more amazing product that I recommend to everyone for home safety and piece of mind.
