★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completing the in-class Information System Support Specialist program at CDI has been an incredibly positive experience.
I was truly fortunate to have Roderick McPherson as my IT instructor. He always puts a lot of thoughts into how he presents the material to us and ensured that we were able to receive and understand every aspect of it.
Instructor Rod was always very patient with everyone in the class and always encouraging student to try. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in start an IT career or who would want to advance within the IT field.
Thank you so much again Mr. McPherson!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT go here if your looking for professionals to teach you or correspond to you at any given time...you self teach the modules as they can't seem to keep an instructor nor hire one with any teaching experience and you are told to google most of what your supposed to learn... to being charged for literature and scrubs you don't require and altho you have documentation stating they would refund you now because those instructors are no longer there (fired) they say they can't help you cause they have no track record from those instructors that told you to return the books... to finding your own placement because they couldn't keep a coordinator long enough to do the job.They will ignore your calls and emails and leave you stressed to no end. Shame on you CDI I have launched a BBB complaint....go elsewhere if your looking for qualified instructors and people who actually can follow through with on a professional level..if I could give it zero stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Balen Jalal has has been my Immigration Assistant teacher for the past 5 months and has played a significant role for me wanting to complete this course. Mr.Jalal is very well versed in every aspect of being and immigration consultant. He speaks from years of experience in the industry and makes learning this industry real. He is humble and deeply interested in the development of each student for successfully learning what it will take to be an Immigration Assistant.
This is the kind of teacher I wish I had for this course and very happy and honored to be learning from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cdi has been great with the process from beginning to end , with many students that come to them , if they don’t get back they always do within reason and deal with all matters properly . Alison hennessey at front desk is beyond great for helping getting things done for me and keeping in touch has been an amazing experience by her. But the main reason I enjoy CDI MISSISSAUGA was my professor Mr. Terence Neblette , he is an amazing teacher with a great heart and soul. He’s very understanding and kind hearted. Respectfully does not judge any student I have witnessed in the 8 months coming into this class as others left to their placements and is great at his job , I thank you and everyone at campus for the support and communication especially during these Covid restrictions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Balen Jalal is a great instructor for immigration course, which was a dynamic and interesting learning experience. It was clear he put a lot of time and effort into the course based on his attention to detail and his accessibility and willingness to provide support outside of the virtual classroom. He also does his best to provide a detailed review of our work, and provides helpful criticism without being condescending. His depth of knowledge of the course materials was evident in his thoughtful commentary during each class. I have enjoyed getting to know Balen, and I would highly recommend him to other students.

He is happy to answer all of our questions in class and respects all of us as his students. I really enjoyed my Immigration Assistance course and would recommend it to anyone interested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been studying immigration assistance. It has been a great experience. Mr. Balen Jalal is a very thoughtful instructor who puts a lot of thoughts into how he presents the materials. He really knows how to motivate his students. He's great at building confidence and keeping lessons engaging through a variety of thoughts and details. I look at him as a role model, and I know how difficult it is to get this deep knowledge and reach this position, but I will do my best to become like him.
