 During our visit, the employee was clear that he was bothered, not at all interested in answering our questions, too bad, the store lost the sale of lighting for a new house under construction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service très médiocre ! Pas assez d employer au comptoir des ventes. J ai attendu 25 min il y avait juste un client en avant moi. Je voulais un fil de 3 mètres. Il en restait 6 mètres. Il m a dit jte vends le 6 mètres car je le coupe pas.... j ai dit laisse faire mon grand je paierais pas le double du prix .... je suis allé l autre bord de la rue chez LUMEN pour un excellent service. Au plaisir de ne pas vous revoir CDE.
Very poor service! Not enough to employ at the sales counter. I waited 25 min there was just one customer ahead of me. I wanted a 3 meter wire. There were 6 meters left. He told me I sell the 6 meters because I do not cut it .... I said let it be my big I would not pay double the price .... I went across the street to LUMEN for excellent service . Hope to see you again CDE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le vendeur aura eu besoin de plus de 30 minutes avant de nous dire un petit bonjour sec et pourtant, nous étions les seuls clients dans le magasin. Bref, le service est très décevant.
The seller needed more than 30 minutes before saying a short hello to us and yet we were the only customers in the store. In short, the service is very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On y est allé 2 fois avec ma conjointe, beaucoup de choix, mais personnes ne nous parle à moins d'aller les chercher. On a fait une sélection de 3 luminaires pour environ 1500$ mais 5 jours plus tard nous n'avons toujours pas de réponse. Bref on a acheté ailleurs.
We went there twice with my spouse, lots of choices, but no one talks to us unless we go and get them. We made a selection of 3 lights for around $1500 but 5 days later we still have no response. So we bought elsewhere.
