K	Katia Carfagnini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ILS N'ONT JAMAIS TERMINÉ LA JOB. Ils sont venus installé une thermopompe mais se sont rendu compte qu'il n'y avait de breaker pour la brancher. Ils nous ont dit qu'ils en chercheraient un et reviendraient le poser le lendemain. 1 mois plus tard toujours pas de nouvelles. J'ai téléphoné 4 fois pour avoir un suivi, la troisième fois le gars m'a dit que c'est difficile à trouver, c'est un vieux panneau donc possiblement qu'il faudra tout refaire et en plus avec la pandémie le stock est difficile à trouver. Pourtant la boutique d'électricité à côté de chez nous n'ont aucun problème d'approvisionnement. La quatrième fois que j'ai appelé, c'est la mme qui me dit d'un ton condescendant qu'ils ont beaucoup de travail et que parfois ça arrive des problèmes. Bref, on comprend que les gars ont juste pas le goût de revenir finir la job. Aucun souci du service à la clientèle. THEY NEVER COMPLETED THE JOB. They came to install a heat pump but realized that there was no breaker to connect it. They told us they would look for one and come back and put it the next day. 1 month later still no news. I called 4 times to have a follow-up, the third time the guy told me that it is difficult to find, it is an old sign so possibly that everything will have to be redone and in addition with the pandemic the stock is hard to find. However, the electric shop next to us have no problem with supply. The fourth time I called, she's the same one who condescendingly tells me that they have a lot of work to do and sometimes things happen. In short, we understand that the guys just don't want to come back to finish the job. No concern for customer service.
s	simon t on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fait installer une thermopome en juin, payer en totalité! ne sont Jamais revenu terminé l’installation. meme apres plusieur appel. le pire cest que il ne m’ont pas installer le modele convenu! javais demander une thermopompe japonaise de qualité et sont arriver avec une windair chinoise!! ne faite jamais affaire avec eux! elle est supposer etre garanti 5ans et meme si elle brise je ne les appelerai pas. je vais surement tout enlever leur systeme et faire installer une vrai thermopompe de qualité! have a thermopome installed in June, pay in full! never came back after the installation. even after several calls. the worst part is that they didn't install the agreed model for me! I had asked for a quality Japanese heat pump and arrived with a Chinese windair !! never do business with them! it is supposed to be guaranteed for 5 years and even if it breaks I will not call them. I will surely remove everything from their system and have a real quality heat pump installed!

Il y a eu quelques problèmes et ils ont su régler la problématique avec brio. Ils ne m'ont même pas charger l'équipement supplémentaire. Le service après-vente génial ! Je ne savais pas comment mettre ma machine en cilcius... ils ont prit le temps de m'expliquer par téléphone. Service impeccable, professionnel et très bon prix. Je recommande vivement cette compagnie !!! They came to install a heat pump at my house 2 weeks ago. Very professional and punctual. There were a few problems and they were able to solve the problem brilliantly. They didn't even charge me the extra equipment. Awesome after-sales service! I didn't know how to put my machine in cilcius ... they took the time to explain it to me over the phone. Impeccable, professional service and a great price. I highly recommend this company !!!

Refuse de donner une facture détaillée pour la subvention. Soyez vigilant et aller voir ailleurs. None, but really no after-sales service, does not answer his calls, emails or texts. Not finished the job! Refused to give an itemized invoice for the grant. Be vigilant and look elsewhere.
J	James Patrick Allaire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le système de thermopompe centrale a été posé au complet, on m'a vendu un travail minutieux, ils ont percés mon plancher avec un fromage suisse comme si ils cherchaient la bouche d'air qu'ils voulaient installer et ce à quelques endroits. Le propriétaire de la compagnie "Pierre" a dit à ma conjointe qu'il allait le réparer. Bien voilà, le tout payé au complet le jour de l'installation et notre plancher ressemble toujours à un fromage suisse. Malgré plusieurs appels à son garçon "Fred" qui lui nous a dit qu'il était en charge du service après vente, celui-ci ne retourne jamais nos appels. Ensuite il a le fameux remboursement de Chauffer Vert, encore "Fred" nous a dit qu'il s'occupait de tout ça avec sa conjointe, 8 mois après l'installation, nous avons toujours rien reçu, donc on va entreprendre le processus pour le Chauffer-Vert. The central heat pump system was installed completely, I was sold a meticulous job, they drilled my floor with a Swiss cheese as if they were looking for the air vent they wanted to install and this in a few places. The owner of the "Pierre" company told my spouse that he was going to fix it. There you have it, paid for in full on the day of installation and our floor still looks like Swiss cheese. Despite several calls to his boy "Fred" who told him that he was in charge of after-sales service, he never returns our calls. Then he has the famous reimbursement from Chauffer Vert, again "Fred" told us that he took care of all that with his spouse, 8 months after the installation, we still have not received anything, so we will begin the process to the Chauffer-Vert.
