★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was great. We left xplornet as their service was garbage. Switched to CCI and suddenly our internet worked alot better. Now that xplornet has bought out CCI, we are having nothing but issues again. Ironic how that works. We are looking into the new satellite internet as we are tired of xplornet and the lack of consistent connections

Excellent customer service, good honest value with clear transparent internet packages AND no condescension when it came to technical support (super rare!). They really worked with me to resolve any problems. I definitely recommend this company. I don't take the time to post reviews often so when I do you can bet I'm being sincere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get email invoices and pay the bill as soon as I receive it. This month I didn't get an invoice so I phoned and was told I needed to pay with credit card immediately or they would shut off my service today as it was the dead line to pay without cut off. Even though they didn't send an invoice and they even said they have been having issues with their email service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been long time customers, the internet they provide was good 7 years ago but far too slow for today's market. We have been paying a lot for promised 5mbps and only got 1.5-3mbps on a good day with no internet at all in the evening and weekends during peak hours. There is no other speeds available from CCI in our area. We are doing home based learning this year for the kids so need fast reliable internet for zoom meetings . We switched to a Telus Hub that provides minimum 25mbps but I've tested 35-110mbps all day long for the same price. CCI customer service and tech support is top notch so not entirely bad as an only option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We left Xplornet due to horrible internet speeds, high costs and constant throttling. And incredibly poor customer service.
Came over to CCI and it was great. Consistent. No throttling, and any time we had and issue, the tech support was great. Until they got bought out by Xplornet. Have massive issues with internet and when I tried to call tech support, was forwarded to a voice-mail system telling me to leave a message and someone will get back to me... the next day. So I am without any real internet for the rest of the night when I have work to do and no way to access files that I need in a timely manner. Seems the speeds I am getting are WORSE than the old school dial up!
They sent out an email stating that nothing was going to change with service and we can expect the same customer support we were used to with CCI. What a lie!

Xplornet is a nightmare to call and deal with but keeps crawling back to my life. Since the acquisition I've been noticing poorer internet service and difficult customer service to call.

CCI was great, no connection issues, was able to write exams no problem… until Xplornet became part of the equation. My fiancée and I are both in school, and quality internet is vital, more now than ever.
Now we constantly have connection issues, and the crashes during exams are just the cherry on top.
Forget about leisure time, the internet speeds are comparable to dial up lol get used to laggy games and 240p Netflix.
It’s so sad that these people have a monopoly in my area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CCI used to be good. Then xplornet came along. Now even 1 star is too much. It's very coincidental that the day Xplornet took over, our wireless connectivity dropped from acceptable to non existent. My wife and I have been on the phone with them for 3 hours each today alone! (She used her phone and I used mine) Actually talked to a person for 5 minutes while they transferred us to someone else who never answered the phone. I'll be finding a new WISP....
