★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally, I am a minor. Under 18. And these people are calling me literally everyday leaving no messages at all. When I figured out what they were called, "CBV collections" I decided to look them up. All these reviews are saying that they needed to pay or owe something to the company for something they did or whatever. I'm literally not old enough to do any of that. They keep calling me, and it's annoying. This just proves that if they do call you, and they say you need to owe them something, it's probably false. Don't believe them, they're just calling random people and scam them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly would give a zero. I have nothing in collections and I have a good credit score. When I tried to explain that,I was rudely cut off. I asked to speak to a manager and was told to call back. Spoke with a Peter. Dont give them any money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They call my wife. She has 0 money owing i know she checked with credit bureaus and nothing outstanding. Had to contact a lawyer because of harassment. If they harass you contact consumer protection and the CRTC. If enough complaints get accumulated they can be penalized under the law heavily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok made a double payment, because I was told by cbv paying online was faster that wasn't true. So I went in person paid what I owed and got my papers. After that I couldn't cancel the online payment. So all my fault, I made a double payment.
Would have ok if they told me to go pay in person and that was the fastest way.
One star only.they could have just be out right honest and told me to go pay in person.

They keep on calling my home phone even if I told them that i'm not the person they are looking for and doesn't own by a last name Mr. Sinclair. I spoke and mentioned to their customer service support to remove my home phone number to their list but everyday they are still calling me and leave a message. One time, i answered the phone call but the person on the other line was just listening and not saying anything.
I think this is a form of harassment as to always calling them my home phone. Isn't it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has been calling my house 3-5 times a day for someone who doesn’t even exist. Pro tip. If someone doesn’t pick up your spam calls for over a year then STOP CALLING. Get a real human being on the phone. Not some robotic message! I can’t even talk to them to fix the problem!! Got a new phone so I can BLOCK THEM. Good riddance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunch of useless people who will harass you all hours of the day for an overdue payment. Then refuses to accept payment twice "due to being understaffed in the billing department early morning May 12th, then on Friday May 20th after calling the number provided in the email they've sent they once again refused payment due to the number they provided being a customer services number "therefore being unable to accept payment" do to the billing department working different hours. So then their operator "John" goes and blatantly lies saying he'll transfer you to a supervisor but actuality just put you on hold until there shift ends. Says they've been in business 100 years, what a joke.
