★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After seeing the reviews, I called to get information and have my taxes completed. He was more concerned that I called from a private number than what I actually was calling about. That set off some warning bells for me. What does it matter that my number is private or not?
In the end, he said he was currently in a meeting (2nd red flag: why are you answering your phone when you're with someone else?), and would call me back. I'm still waiting for that return call.
