β β β β β Their service is absolutely appalling. I had to call 5 times to get my taxes finalized and was told each time it would be done by the following week. Each time I called the following week I was told the same thing. I finally said I wanted to pick up my papers and take them elsewhere and they said, βOh, theyβre waiting at the front door. Weβre just waiting for you to come in and sign them,β as though I was the reason they were not done. Rude and disrespectful with my follow up questions today. I will never use them again!
