Amazing staff, very professional, kind, and know what they are doing! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my business!! I highly recommend this place!!

We were with these folks for years!All in all their good at what they do.But their communication is very one dimensional!There are too things where you cannot have miscomunication. That's in your health or your money.Time to move on!!

DO NOT waste your money on this company. Beyond unprofessional, extremely unreliable, and flat out ignorant. Unfortunately, one star is the required minimum, otherwise it would be a zero star experience. My fiance was referred to this company through another individual, and first appointment went seemingly well, we met with Phyllis Mikolajek, who despite neglecting to even stand from her chair to greet us on neither our way in, or our way out, was seemingly nice enough. My fiance explained that bookkeeping was extremely new to her, having just opened her business in January of this year, she was unsure of how to organize things properly (ie: whether by month or by category etc) and Phyllis reassured her that all she would have to do would be to bring her documents in and they would sort through everything and package it all neatly in the event of an audit. Covid arose shortly thereafter, and my fiance was missing a couple of documents that she had never had to submit before, and so naturally she inquired about the documents/how to obtain them to ensure she was bringing what they were needing. Almost 2 weeks went by, no returned email, never heard back, and so she called to just clarify one evening before bringing my documents in for my return as well, to avoid having two trips made, but was speaking to a secretary who refused to allow her to speak to her actual accountant, but then did receive (very shortly thereafter) quite a nasty email from Phyllis, informing her that she (my fiance) was not the right fit for the company, and they went on to accuse her of trying to rush the return and compromise the results. In no way, shape or form, was this even remotely true, and if a rush job is what she wanted, I'm sure she would not have waited two weeks to finally just call to have her question answered. We were both dumbfounded and extremely put off by the email, but since all of her documents were already in and she presumed they were being worked through, she decided to continue on with them, while I decided to go elsewhere. In any case, that was sorted, so fast forward to TWO MONTHS after delivering her documents, still had not heard anything. Nobody called for clarification on her documents, they had no updates, nothing. Naturally, she reached out to the individual that referred her to the company in the first place, to ask whether or not this was normal, and he informed her that he had the misfortune of having Phyllis do his return one year, and never again, due to, you guess it, the same issues - extremely slow, impossible to get ahold of, fairly lazy, etc. He apologized profusely as he was under the impression Phyllis was not taking any new clients, but stated that Katie (another employee at Integrity) did a seemingly fine job, so she asked if it would be possible for Katie to handle her things. Well the next day my fiance received a call from Phyllis, informing her that they are unable to complete her documents and that she is more than welcome to come pick them up. This is TWO months after my fiance dropped the paperwork off to Phyllis. TWO MONTHS, and nothing was done - the papers which she dropped off in binders were all still in their binders, nothing had even been opened or sorted. After TWO MONTHS. The filing deadline is June 1, and on May 5, they decided to inform her that they could not complete her paperwork, leaving her only THREE weeks to find someone now to complete her books and her return, after leaving her documents with them for TWO MONTHS. I honestly cannot believe the outright laziness, incompetence, and unprofessionalism of this Phyllis individual. Do not EVER waste a single penny dealing with this lady. Unbelievably slow, rude, and whenever you inquire about what progress has been made or any time frames for completion, she'll decide you're not the client for her, yet in all reality, she isn't the bookkeeper for anyone, since the job actually does require somewhat of an effort which she can't seem to put forth. Her new bookkeeper did in one week what they couldn't do in two months.

Phyllis and her team at Integrity Business Services Ltd. have been a pleasure to work with! Throughout the process of having her handle my personal and business taxes, she was an absolute professional with a wealth of financial knowledge. She was quick to answer my questions and incredibly easy to communicate with. A+
