★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now I can’t say who stole all of my stuff for sure, but the fact is I have had tons of things stolen while living here for only 6 months. It started when I moved in a full box of dishes was stolen after I had joked with my bf want a glass there they are (and point to the box), I went a few days later to unpack them and the box was gone! Shampoo, conditioner, dish soap and bar soap have gone missing as well as fully packed boxes of kids toys!
Other things of more value such as good jewelry have also been stolen.
Who would break in on numerous occasions and steal such strange items!?! The first person we mention it to in the elevator says “oh I have heard of that happening on the third floor but not on this floor”!
So BEWARE! I don’t know who all has access to the master keys, or if it was one of the previous occupants of my suite, but my stuff is gone, and I’m moving out too! I will NEVER EVER rent from Broadstreet again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is good for the space and appliances included. Staff is friendly and helpful. I never hear my neighbours and they were upfront about the train noise coming from right nearby. Its not too loud unless I have the windows open, though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best property where i stayed. Nice houses, good staff, clean. shopping places nearby. Big condos with good space. One thing that is holding me back to give this place as 5 stars is noise. there is railway track and you will get lods of noise when train will pass and even you will feel things moving... i woke in the middle of night many times. Other then that i loved the place. Management of this site is best as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what all the negative reviews are all about. I've lived in my Broadstreet apartment building in Winnipeg for over 2 years now. To date - The local management are a pleasure to deal with. The apartment grounds and common area are well maintained. Any concerns I've had have been dealt with in a timely manner.
It's a wood construction apartment building, noise funnels in from above from your neighbors. Management were upfront about this. I rarely hear my neighbors. Building is quiet.
You get a considerable amount of apartment for the money. When I've compared size and quality of the offering vs. anything I've looked at in the city so far, Broadstreet has been superior.
You have the ability to rent month to month - for a premium, or there is savings for locking in your lease for 1 or 2 year terms.
The model is consistent from each of their buildings. Experience will vary depending on local management I'm sure. Materials used in the fixtures aren't designer standard, but it is a rental property, and the pricing structure reflects it.
I've had nothing but positive experience so far in 2+ years
