Communication from them was also top notch and they made me feel like I was their priority. The team that came for the install shortly after was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and the end result was a great upgrade to my house. I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were some communication issues at first, but I understand it has been an exceptionally busy time for them with the pandemic and everything that comes along with it. Neil apologized for the delay in getting back to me and I was happy to hire them for the job anyway. They did great work, it was very quick and at a much better price than the handful of other places I had gotten quotes from. I would hire them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My roof developed a leak less than a year after they replaced all my shingles. I've been emailing and calling them for over 8 weeks about them honouring their 5 year workmanship ship warranty they said came with the new shingles. Again and again no one would show up when they said they would and I always had to contact them as to why. Choose a different company and save yourself the headache. Now I'll be out of pocket to pay someone competent to fix their work.
Edit:
A day after posting this review a crew came out to seal/repair the cause of said leak. I did not have to pay for another company to come out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our eavestroughs done in the fall of 2020. Neil was very quick in providing a quote and the price was very reasonable. They were installed; look and function perfectly. There was a slight delay in installing some flip ups but that ultimately has been rectified and Neil has checked several times on my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend their business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had metal soffits and fascia installed, our eavestroughs and downspouts replaced, and gutter guards installed through StormPro. Neil was great to deal with, patiently answering all our questions and explaining the ins and outs of this kind of work. The guys who installed everything, Wesley and Skylar, were also patient, punctual and very hard working. Whenever there was a quirk with our house and a problem to solve, they explained things very well, and gave options and recommendations. They even fixed a couple of little things they spotted on our roof whilst they were up there. A very pleasant, reassuring and trustworthy company to deal with.

I had a problem with my shingles from a wind storm and they came the same day and fixed it no problem!! They fixed what was needed and at a very reasonable price. I’m going to be replacing my roof soon and I will definitely be calling Storm Pro!!!
