They took the time to explain what the problem was and the process for fixing it, and gave helpful suggestions on how to avoid it happening again. Will 100% call them for any electrical work I need in the future.

My husband and I could not figure out how to re-set the programs resulting in freezing cold and way too hot when we didn't want to be! After two days of trying ourselves we called CBS. They came out within 2 hours and switched them out for us - thank you Christian! Wow what service! I am and will continue to recommend this company to all my friends and family

Every time I've needed service, they can accommodate, show up on time and with the tools and materials to do most every task. The CBS guys are problem solvers, enthusiastic and definitely capable. I have no hesitation recommending CBS for anyone needing small or large jobs done.
R	Rob Shearer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CBS did a satisfactory job with our new house build in Nanaimo. The new wiring met code and the first stages were done in a timely manner. However, we were met with a scheduling issue on CBS's side which affected our occupancy date. We also have an outstanding item (kitchen cabinet lighting) now 9 months after the final bill was paid. We understand pandemic stocking issues have made scheduling more challenging, and our outstanding item is relatively minor however we are now looking into finishing the job ourselves or hiring another local contractor. For the price I paid I would have hoped for more complete job. Again, the company did a satisfactory job but certainly not one worthy of five stars.

He managed to get down here the same day to assess, (we got lucky they had an opening) and had it fixed by the next day as some new parts needed to be retrieved. He was so polite and informative. We're grateful to be able to see in that room again! I noted that Herman was excellent at maintaining social distancing and being Covid safe in general. He also ensured his work area was nice and tidy when he left which I really appreciated. All that coupled with professional and friendly service made this a great experience. Thanks!!!
