Review delivered wow wow wow guys. Greg here reppin' CBC Foot Products. I was recently experiencing alot of back and foot pain, which was making my life very difficult. I couldn't even watch my favorite netflix shows without feeling like the devil himself was crawling up and down my spine. I stopped by the location after seeing their great reviews, and was met by the wonderful energy of Lance and Richard. They treated me like I was royalty, and took great care in assessing my foot composition. I decided to purchase a custom orthotic, and upon delivery, I was amazed at how much relief it provided my feet and back. My life has been drastically improved by CBC, and I cannot reccomend them enough. Do yourself a favor and stop by CBC Foot products as soon as you can. The assessments are free and the warranty on their orththotics is LIFETIME! Okay peeps, peace out, keep it buzzin'

I purchased a pair of insole almost 20 years ago, and unfortunately the representative in Vancouver was not great for follow-ups and repairs. However, after contacting with the owner of the company in Calgary, he responded straight away and he has refurbished my insoles twice in a timely manner. Approximately for the past 20 years, I have been wearing these pair almost everyday, and couldn't do without them, because I have no arch at all. Keep up the good work. I will recommend this company and their products. Dicky.

This place is awesome! The owner Lance is one of the most unique and interesting characters in all of the city of Calgary. I was unaware of just how important foot health was, but Lance explained everything, and its like my eyes have been opened. He recently updated all his social media, and is reaching out to the younger communities, which is amazing for a business owner that is far into his senior years. Lance remains serious, professional, yet paradoxically hip and trendy. His products and quality assurance is second to none. He even offers a lifetime warranty on all his custom orthics. I have recommended this to store to all my friends and family, as the potential of a custom orthotic is literally life changing. Do yourself, and your feet a favor, and go check this place out!!!

Many years ago, I visited CBC Foot Products while the business was still on Elbow Drive SW. I purchased a set of orthotics and wore them for a long time. Just recently, I found that the shoes I purchased were not working with the orthotics. I re-visited CBC Foot Products, who refurbished my orthotics free of charge because of the lifetime guarantee. I am once again walking without pain and look forward to visiting CBC Foot Products for news shoes and hiking boots. Thank you, CBC Foot Products!

Horrible, will never ever be back ! Upon my first visit to CBC Foot Products I ended up purchasing two pairs of orthotics for a cost of $800.00 and a Lift Chair for another $800.00 for a grand total of $1600.00. My next visit was to pick up my brand new custom fitted Orthotics and I was looking forward to it but that was short lived. Yes, they looked pretty, nice and shiny but once inserted into my shoe it was visibly obvious my foot was not going to fit into my shoe with the orthotics there. Lance immediately piped up and remarked " your shoe is too small " . That was a First ! I have never ever heard that before and I have worn size 8D shoes for 30+ years and probably have 40 pairs of shoes including dress, runners, casual, work, sandals, etc. and they are all size 8. . I did wear them for several extremely uncomfortable weeks and was back within the month where good ole Lance, the professional who after a brief discussion took the orthotics promptly into the warehouse and I could hear immediately the sound of a sander or grinder being used for fine tuning / technical adjustments. Upon his return Lance advised me that this should be better as he had shaved off some of the base of the orthotic to make it slightly less bulky. It wasn't even close ! By this time I knew I was in trouble but I had paid $800.00 for these " professionally designed " orthotics and I was going to wear them even if it killed me and they almost did. I wore them for several months and they never once felt comfortable in any of my shoes and I tried a lot of different shoes . Further, it got to the point that my toes started changing color due to the cramped condition of my feet and I felt that losing both nails on my large toes was inevitable. I should add during this period I has been in to see both Lance and Richard and neither one of them had a solution to my problem. You would think with all their so called expertise, professional education, trained Plethorist ? experience, etc. they would be able to assess the problem and come up with a solution. Did Not Happen ! On July 28th, 2020 at approximately 3:30 on a sunny afternoon I decided to visit my good ole buddy Lance and his partner/successor/protรฉgรฉ Richard and ask for my money back. The orthotics had never fit since Day 1 and in spite of my many visits and even purchasing size 8-1/2 shoes , they were never comfortable and AWAYS caused me pain. I should add the pain was not localized to my foot either. Everything is connected as you know so in time the pain in my foot began to migrate up my leg to my ankle, shin, calf, thigh, etc. yes, and it only cost $800.00. Wow, what a deal !!! So Lance was in and he seemed to recognize me ( I had been there frequently ) and I politely and slowly went through the chronology from date of purchase touching upon my many visits to his shop and concluding with, โ€œ Lance , I have tried over many, many months of pain but these orthotics do not fit and have never fit . I would like to have my money back โ€œ. Lance, the one that runs the deal, the so called expert, the Plethorist ??, the salesman who is so sensitive to the needs of the customer, the โ€œ professional โ€œ promptly said , โ€œ thatโ€™s never going to happenโ€. I was expecting more than a 5 word bark. So I am out $800.00. I showed my Podiatrist good ole Lanceโ€™s orthotics during my first appointment for his comments and he politely said, โ€œ we donโ€™t sell door stops around here โ€œ. Contact me if you need some $800.00 door stops or just buy direct from CBC Foot Products . Ask for Lance and be treated like dirt !

I have been a customer at CBC Foot Products for my orthotics for over 15 years. I want to write this review because I am continually impressed with their excellent customer service and *lifetime warranty*. Lance (the owner) and Richard both genuinely care about my comfort and overall well being. They are very resourceful and will patiently continue experimenting and adjusting until the solution is found! I do not feel a sense of rush during an appointment and feel 100% in great hands at CBC!
