★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful park with an extensive playground, lots of green lawn, washrooms, and a pebble beach! Only issues are that there aren’t any walking paths between the parking lots so you have to walk on the road and there are no change tables for babies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great summer spot with a lot to do and see, such as beaches, trails, kayaking, playgrounds, picnic spots, a boat launch, tennis courts and more. I usually visit a couple times per month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seaside park with sandy beaches, playground, a pier, and a boat launch. Nature trails head east to Little Cates Park where you'll find 4 tennis courts and another small playground. There's even a kayak/paddleboard rental hut and a burger stand by the beach. Many people come here for a relaxing paddle up to Deep Cove and back or vice versa (another rental hut is also at Deep Cove). Enjoy the fresh inlet air while watching the sunset. The best things in life are free. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This park is a bit of a destination park for the family. It hidden from the busy part of North Van. A great place for the family outing with plenty of sea life at low tide. The playground is great for young kids. There are plenty of parking, but the park gets busy during the weekends. Therefore plan ahead to avoid peak time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful park with lunch benches for family picnic and a pier for all to enjoy. It’s far away from the city enough that people feel comfortable to leave their belongings there. Perfect place for couples and families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this little hidden gem for the first time and enjoyed it. There’s something for everyone from kids to anglers. The kids’ playground is fairly big and decent. There’s a pay at the meter for people launching their boats. A nice place for kayaking too. Plus there’s walking trails nearby.
A great place for gatherings with picnic benches and washrooms. Located off the Dollarton Hwy.
