★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pleasant experience with the customer service, it's a very nice location with a park that has a playground so it's a great place to go kayaking with kids and then have a picnic and a play. The place is less expensive than at Deep Cove but the view it's not the best and there is pretty strong current there. On the plus side, you can book a spot easier than in Deep Cove.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the 2nd location of Deep Cove Kayak. And I'm actually so happy I got to come here instead of the one at Deep Cove. They are much smaller, but have full availability of rentals. The walk down to the beach from the paddle centre isn't far. Can go barefoot if you want. Everything is nice and organised. And they have super convenient electronic waiver forms by QR code. The staff were super friendly and helpful and efficient. Got everything done so quickly. The equipment was nice and clean, and all in great condition. Free parking in the parking lot. Overall I'm supper satisfied with the whole experience, and all for a reasonable rental price too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed a wonderful Explorers tour with the Lead Guide, Katrina. The check-in process was easy especially since we filled all our documentation / waivers online.
We are experienced kayakers, but it was well worth reviewing the how to steer the kayak, and other safety protocols.
Katrina is extremely friendly and shared insights into the surrounding area as we paddled.
I highly recommend this summer activity for a family or friends looking for something to do during the week! Not sure how busy they are on the weekends. Cates park has much more parking available than Deep Cove, and is more accessible.
The only issue I had was being unable to book our tour online, for whatever reason. But once I emailed them directly, I got a response right away and made the booking via phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly local Paddling centre that provides good quality geers, different Kayaking, Surfski and other type of water sport lessons and rental. Adlin was a great instructor and I really enjoyed the lessons.

We booked a full day with them for the basic training and safety issues, it was so helpful ? and off course hard?these guys are friendly, our trainer is a cute young girl with a lot of strength and abilities, definitely will continue with her and this center ???
