R	Richard McGhee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lost my wallet in toronto. My debit card asconand credit cards and id. No money. They could not do a thing to help me. Nothing. Thank god for Scotia bank. This is not an ad for the banks and I have been a Transcona credit union customer since I was a teen ager. I was just disappointed and amazed whrn she said nothing could be done to help me.

They gave me my first mortgage when Royal Bank and BMO both wouldn't take a risk as I was young, and didn't make a lot of money. Casera took a chance and have had my business, a lot of it, for over two decades now. All of children have accounts there. I would always recommend them as they have been helpful, honest, and willing to work with us over the years. Very satisfied customer.
C	CSpray717 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with caseracu.ca for 40 years. I don't like casera no more. They charge for everything and give misinformation and don't offer anything worth while to stay. For a long time customer I get zero recognition in any regards. Cibc is far better and actually care when I call in. Rather having to hear the excuses from casera. 1 star is giving too much. 0 star is more fitting.
M	Mark Fisher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used the ATM machine, where they charge a $2.50 fee. Then went into the Credit Union to brake the $20, that I got out of their machine and they refused to do this because I’m not a member. The gas station across the way was happy to break my $20. Incredible.

After being a client for 18 yrs and holding a mortgage and investments with them i was degraded, insulted, yelled at and made to feel like an uneducated child by a "Supervisor". Without naming names her name begins with an A. I am utterly repulsed. She should be nowhere near clients with her attitude, tone and inability to listen without talking over a client with her harsh tone. I feel bad for the elderly clients who have to deal with her. She speaks as though you are a burden to her day and has ZERO patience. Their services are in the dinosaur age, not open after 5pm, no saturdays, no after hours customer support and a high turnover of employees speaks volumes about this institution.Everytime i go in there I constantly see new employees in training and being a small branch I would see those employees elsewhere which I dont. Their "maintenance fees" are at least $20 a month to access my own money. The lenders are nice, however, their "supervisor" requires extensive training on professionalism, attitude and courtesy while speaking to clients. After many years I am taking my business elsewhere as is my mother who has been with them for at least 38 years. I suggest you open an account elsewhere at a different credit union or bank that appreciates your loyalty along with your money as this one certainly does not. One star is too high of a rating
